“I have been using scalp Elixir for 2 months now and I am pretty happy with the results. I still haven't seen any hair growth but my receding hairling and shedding has certainly improved, its quite controlled now. I feel much relaxed. Also as they say, the hair growth phase comes after, so I'm waiting on it (that's why I give them 4 stars). Im very thankful for the abundant information they provide on this website which it's been very useful and also the fact that they stay with natural (and less agressive) solutions at all costs. Customer service is also on point, they resolved all of my problems more quickly than I expected.”

“I ordered and paid for the hair guard scalp elixir back on September 4th (a month ago) and still have not received it. Not only that but I have sent a number of emails and not heard back from anyone on the team with any update on the status of the product. All it says is "getting ready" on the website. I'm very disappointed. I have been ordering their product with good customer service for the better part of a year and then all of sudden they seem to have dropped off the earth. Not relieable. I wanted to believe in the product which I'm still not certain was even working and this was just an even bigger set back as I can't even use it as I have none.”

Hello William, I believe this issue has been resolved via support. I'm sorry for the postage problem and the communication problem. We've put a few new systems in place to make sure this won't happen again. Please let our support know if you have any new questions.

“I am extremely disappointed to say that I have NOT received the report of my quiz or ANY further information from them EXCEPT just a basic email on my quiz which promised that a detail report would be sent AND some blog emails (which I believe goes to everyone registered with them). I sent a reminder email but still NO response. Their website looks honest and more on natural remedies so I was very interested in their approach/products but after almost more than 2 weeks now -- I am really upset. Worse service.”

Hello Akheel, I'm sorry to hear your quiz results didn't arrive. Firstly please check your junk folder to make sure any emails didn't go missing in there. I will check on our end to see why your results weren't sent and then make sure they do get sent out to you.

“Yes I echo other people's comments that the service and response is friendly and very quick (by Sarah). I have been using it scalp Elixir for 2 months. No I have not grown any new hair so far (but it may be too early yet) but it appears that the hair in the middle part which had stopped growing in length has grown a bit longer (about a quarter of an inch longer). I give them the benefit of the doubt for now and will give it 5 stars. I may come back in 2-3 months with update review either on the upside (if I see new hair growth) or downside (if I don't and my middle hair stops growing further).”

“I’ve been using their shampoo for around 2 months now and I have to say my hair feels so much better and more natural than before. I used to wash every second day because I had quite oily hair, but since using the shampoo I’ve noticed how less inflamed and red my scalp is, and I’m starting to see my fine white hairs along my hairline slowly grow. I use the adjustable stamp too. It’s showing promise guys! I would say that the smell of the shampoo isn’t exactly the best, but it’s not too bad- it doesn’t bother me.”

“Previously, I had used Rogaine, with limited success. After finding the Hair Loss Revolution web site, I switched to the Peppermint Oil, Rosemary Oil, and Magnesium Oil spray, and the Grogenix Dermastamp. About 6 weeks later, I have regrown hair lower down on my forehead, and have increased the number of hairs on the top of my head and the spot that was balding in the rear crown area. My daughter is a hair stylist, and when she cut my hair last week, she said, "Wait a minute...
