“I have to say I have received nothing but the ultimate in customer service care and respect from this company. I had a problem with an aquarium I bought elsewhere and they have been nothing short than brilliant in helping me put the problems right. 10 out of 10”

“Purchased a reactor which turned faulty a month later. She was very nice to me when she assumed I was there to purchase another and turned nasty when I asked for a replacement. I asked for a receipt and was offered a scribble on a piece of lined paper. Was promised an email invoice which never materialised. Nice to you when you’re spending money, but the worst customer service if anything goes wrong. AVOID. There are much better online retailers to use!”

“Ordered before Christmas a couple items that was showing in stock yet received half an order and phone call to say there has been a mess up n they no longer have this item and a item i paid over 200 pound for they actually never had in stock they needed to get from over seas. Was promised salt as a replacement for the original item that they didn't have still no sign 3 months later and the item that I had been waiting on went missing claiming the delivery company chucked it over a side fence The service I received back when I told them about this problem was nothing short of appalling Jon's attitude is what do you want me to do even after i sent proof the parcel was not delivered it was disgusting. I would Never recommend this shop to anyone and they claim to have all the items in stock but this certainly is not the case. I will give Rachel the benefit of doubt because she was extremely helpful each time i spoke to her but the mans attitude was disgraceful. Go else where like Charterhouse who actually have the items you want next day and they price match if there is any price difference and you wont have to listen to the bs you get fed on the phone. I gave this company more than enough time to sort the problem and provided them with every bit of proof they needed to sort it but there attitude was horrendous and judging by other reviews this seams to be a reoccurring problem. I am now nearly 300 pounds out of pocket and gave them more than one opportunity to call and sort this but got ignored for weeks on end.”

“Would never use this company again. Bought an item from the website which was described incorrectly, contacted the business and they told me it was a different unit for the UK... This was not mentioned in the item description or photos. I confirmed that I would like to return the item as it was not per the description on their website. They ignored me initially then when pressed said I could return it at my own cost. I have pressed them to pay the return cost and they have refused, now having to go through consumer support who have confirmed they are at fault and need to pay return costs. They have now changed the description on the website admitting their fault. I have pictures of the original item description.. Pathetic that they would treat customer like this and not fix the problems they have created. Wont buy from this site again, There are much better options available with great customer support like Charterhouse Aquatics or Krakken Corals, never had an issue with either of these sites who would accept a return with no issues if the fault was with their description.”

“Absolutely discusting customer service. Very arrogant and rude and will not accept returns even on faulty goods. Please avoid this company and take note of the reviews on trust pilot as there are very many customers who have had very unsatisfactory dealings with this awful company.”
