“I got a cadenza bike from them, the quality of the bike is very low, it looks good in the pictures but when it arrives, its poop. Moreover, the speed sensor mounted on the bike didn't work, So I contacted customer service and they told me to dismount the bike and ship it back such that they could check it and repair. It takes 2h to mount the bike and its 35kg. I live on the 5th floor... I told them to keep the bike”

“The worst delivery experience I had in years. A very expensive rowing machine (1.500€) was ordered for private use as a present. Agreements were made to have it delivered on the birthday date. The machine has arrived 2 weeks later than agreed (2 weeks after the birthday) and 30 days later than the order confirmation shows. All I heard from the service lady "sorry - there is no machine in stock" - well.... the website showed differently once the machine was ordered. It all to find out that they took my money (extra 50€) to have it delivered to the flat directly and never even transfered this money and this additional requirement to the logistics company. Had to carry the 60kg machine to the 3d floor myself. Great stuff guys! Never again!”
