“I left my watch to have some work priced, before commencing work, and a week later after I contacted them was informed that it hadn’t even been despatched to the necessary department. “ Disappointing “ needless to say I won’t be darkening there door again..”

“Terrible customer service. Couldn't provide a shipping quote online, so had to email them. Got a reply saying they would get back to me, and then nothing again. Emailed multiple times with no response. I offered other solutions to them - no response.”
