“Great Oak timber. But takes ages to get the stuff not in stock. Was asked to review G&S before I'd received the materials. They were despatched 5 days ago for "overnight delivery". I realise it's been Easter weekend - but every other company seems to be delivering stuff over the weekend.”

“Received my order very promptly. Sadly one of the bowl blanks had a crack in it. This was dealt with efficiently and a replacement was sent straight out. Whole process has been easy and support offered every step of the way. Will definitely be using again.”

“The ash planed all round arrived within the timescale given. The parcel arrived very well padded and wraped. there was no damage to the parcel. When I opened the parcel I found that the ash I had purched was very well prepared and was in great condition. I will definately use this company again for future requirements.”

“Tried everywhere in Newcastle for some half round for stair edging. Nothing. Searched online and found G&S only supplier within ~100miles (WTF?). They even had different timber types as well as sizes. Turned up within 36hrs. One of those businesses that gets customer service, rather than just existing to make a few bob, when it suits them. Thank fudge these businesses still exist - 5 Stars G&S. 👍🏼”
