I measured my dog as per your website and she was 35cm I ordered 37cm / 14.5in show tech coat when it arrived it was huge! More of a spaniel size (your website said recommended breed was a Bichon frise). A friend went to crufts and took the coat to exchange, and In the end getting a 29cm coat, it makes it almost impossible to order the correct size.

Absolutely love Julie Harris range: Have been purchasing the coat management spray for a while but was becoming over run with empty spray bottles. I was over the moon when I contacted Julie and was told they had now bought out a refill bottle in time for Crufts. So I placed an online Order for 2x 600ml Julie Harris coat management refill bottles at £13.95 my order arrived... but contained 2x 300ml Spray bottles. This is quite a difference in price. I immediately called CS and queried this and was initially told I would be sent a further 2x 300ml spray bottles??? I had to ask that I be sent 1x 600 ml as per my order as that would mean I have a further 4 empty spray bottles I don’t need.

Shampoo lid was loose when it arrived, and had leaked everywhere.

I normally have no problems but still waiting on purchase can only put this down to the weather distrubting transport

ordered dog shampoo on 26th February and paid express delivery. Aware that snow has disrupted deliveries however I have not had any confirmation or explanation as to why I have not received this item. Items I ordered after this have been delivered today and didn't pay extra for express delivery.

This is a review of my latest experience only. My first complaint was the postage, £6.70 for posting a book, 3 working day delivery. £2.80 on Amazon or E-bay. After an aborted delivery (apparently I should have known the parcel was to be delivered that day or I was expected to stay in all week for my parcel to arrive.) I opened it to find the contents were meant for someone else. When I telephoned to find out when I could expect my book I was met with all manner of questions in an attempt to sort out their administrative incompetence, and then just to add insult to injury I was told "we knew about this and we were going to contact you" I said at the start that this review applied to this transaction only as I have previously had no reason to complain. Let's hope this was just a one off, however they need to stop ripping their customers off on postage.

You openly advertised a free pump dispenser with any 5ltr purchase of Groomers shampoo, but failed to validate the offer online, even after a weeks notice to correct the problem.

Picture showed 228g for £13:29 (which is the same as other companies) so expected 5 x 228g. Instead received 57g for £13:29 - well miffed to say the least. One bad experience which I will remember for a long time.

when the order arrived the chalk block I ordered hadn't been packed properly and had crumbled in the box ,so it will be difficult to use , also as a result of this the stripping knife in the bag was completely covered in chalk dust - and so was I after opening the package !! Need to consider using a better way of sending chalk blocks through the post - Thanks

I had a refund on pet bed that was out of stock but only after I phoned you I didn't get the refund on the postage I paid to have the pet bed Delivered

Groomers have now contacted Cynthia to explain that as another item had been supplied this would have incurred a minimum delivery charge.

Delivery was terrible and we had a massive order. No help from your end blaming the delivery company then getting put through to the wrong office given wrong times. I tryed so hard to make it go smooth but nobody at groomers cared or even tryed to help.

Ordered some grooming clothes and the medium is 10/12. Absolutely massive and still waiting for my 3 tops in a small. Really do think your sizes are wrong. Otherwise always satisfied with my orders.

Extremely annoying process when calling to order and can't find my details even though been ordering through Groomers for 5 years. Pricing tends to be different at times normally higher cost. Fed up with time spent when calling to order it takes so long to complete the order. Have decided not to use Groomers again as too many things wrong.

Had to keep chasing order , not email to say when it's coming. Then when I got product not happy when you wash it the rubber marks my washing up bowl with black plus rubber comes off very easily

The product purchased was on promotion with each purchase qualifying for a free item, however marketing didn't brief fulfilment and the free item was not sent even after chasing.

They are all right for ordering mainstream brands, but their own products are cheap and nasty. I bought a conditioning spray from them that was marked as 'flammable' on the container, and stank of solvent -- something I'd never risk spraying on an animal. I complained about it and was told the ingredient in it was methylated spirits, something that's harmful for both human lungs and dogs if it's sprayed in the air, and is highly flammable, and that I could only return it if I hadn't opened it and they would only partly refund me. I also bought a shampoo for black dogs which started off black but turned green and developed a horrible sulphurous odour and had to be thrown away. The other shampoos and conditioners I bought from them didn't have that problem, but the results from using them on the dogs were poor and the shampoos they recommend for particular breeds don't seem well suited to them in reality. They seem to market a lot of gimmicky products like a shampoo for 'poodle crossbreeds', 'creative grooming' products, and dog 'fragrances' rather than concentrating on good functional products that do their job. I'd recommend paying the difference and getting the professional quality products from somewhere like Christie's Direct or Professional Grooming Supplies.

I had added to note for delivery. Leave with neighbours if not home, this was ignored and I then had to collect from post office 2 days later. Also package did not have my name on. Also packaging was ripped at both ends
