“I specifically went to buy some groomers shampoo products as there was a special offer of 20% off Groomers Branded Bathing. As of 26th May 2017. I made my payment through PayPal waiting for the box to enter the discount code to come up. All through the process it didn't come up so in the end I paid full price for my items. I emailed Groomers to ask for a refund for what would be the discount or credit would have been fine. I've heard nothing from them at all and am very disappointed with the service or lack of. Customer service non existent in this matter.”

“They are all right for ordering mainstream brands, but their own products are cheap and nasty. I bought a conditioning spray from them that was marked as 'flammable' on the container, and stank of solvent -- something I'd never risk spraying on an animal. I complained about it and was told the ingredient in it was methylated spirits, something that's harmful for both human lungs and dogs if it's sprayed in the air, and is highly flammable, and that I could only return it if I hadn't opened it and they would only partly refund me. I also bought a shampoo for black dogs which started off black but turned green and developed a horrible sulphurous odour and had to be thrown away. The other shampoos and conditioners I bought from them didn't have that problem, but the results from using them on the dogs were poor and the shampoos they recommend for particular breeds don't seem well suited to them in reality. They seem to market a lot of gimmicky products like a shampoo for 'poodle crossbreeds', 'creative grooming' products, and dog 'fragrances' rather than concentrating on good functional products that do their job. I'd recommend paying the difference and getting the professional quality products from somewhere like Christie's Direct or Professional Grooming Supplies.”

“I bought 2 straight razor line scissors one were 7.5" and others 8.5" when I received them they were blunt. I had an apology and I've got to send them but I'm disgusted they would sell scissors blunt and should do their checks properly. I'm never shopping here for scissors again. I have bought scissors from Nick Kontos before and going to continue my shopping there from now on. You've lost a customer here groomers!”

Good Afternoon Jodie Anne I'm sorry you are disappointed with your scissors - have you sent them back to us as we obviously need to take this up with the manufacturer? We would never knowingly send out faulty goods and always go out of our way to rectify any issues whilst also resolving any problems we may have with our suppliers.
