the item I bought was a pr of scissors, they work fine but the is an issue .It would have been helpful if the finger holes were made for men to use ,I had to remove the plastic inserts so that I could use them , Groomers should have stated this in their adverts ,I have since found out other have had this problem

Ordered a clipper blade and got a pair of scissors instead to then be told, we dont have any blades left, after i emailed them so show proof of what i got given and after i ordered over a week ago

Used to be good. But not lately. Couldn`t get through on the phone. Stock seems low. I like the simply naturals shampoo range, but it has been out of stock for a while now.

Although I am pleased with the product I purchased, a grooming table, delivery was a problem. Having given my email and telephone number to Groomers when ordering on line on a Friday, I received no indication via either as to when I might receive it. I had assumed it would be within 24 hours but after that time had elapsed I heard nothing. As it happened it arrived, without notice, the following Monday while I was out and a card from Fedex invited me to call (no phone number) or use an app (don't have one) or go on line to organise another delivery. Eventually I found a telephone number and was able to arrange delivery the next day but no specific time. Customer Service at Fedex said they had been given neither my phone number or email to contact me prior to delivery. Having ordered several things over the past year from various companies this has been the least acceptable (although Fedex have not delivered before)..

It would be better if there was a way to see your email orders on your account and be able to track your parcels status . Still waiting on my parcel over a week later and I don’t know if it’s been dispatched yet

I ordered a tunic showing in stock on line. The item was not in stock. I received an email stating the tunic was out of stock and a refund will be made, still not received the refund . Unable to purchase from elsewhere until I get my money back. The money should not have been taken if the item was not in stock! Surely the money should be taken when the order is fullfilled. Puts me off a further purchase with this company.

Clippers work fine but had previously been opened as was finger marks and other Carl’s on the silver park of the clipper plus the box was open and battered

Purchased Furminator comb but it wasn't made very clear that you needed a handle. Once I received the product I tried to order the handle from Groomers but it wasn't on the website. Managed to get one elsewhere.

I ordered a table with 3/5days delivery really needed it for business. It's now been 9 days and had a call saying it will be a further 7 days. Very disappointed as I feel they should have stated this before I bought the item and I could have bought a table from somewhere else

Clippers Oster A6 just received In next day delivery and the seal broken on box . Where do I stand for guarantee, as didn’t expect to receive something that had been opened and was something that had been sent back.

I bought two bottles of puppy shampoo on accepting the parcel from the post man I noticed the package was ripped in 3 or 4 place and in a very tatty condition when I opened it up it was wet and slimy inside the tops of the bottles were not screwed on properly, so I am not impressed at all,
