“not the first time i have ordered from groomers, being a grooming business i found the delivery speed really good, i wasnt desperate for the items but its good to know if i was it would arrive quickly”

“Recently I ordered a pair of scissors and can not fault the excellent customer services. When my parcel arrived, I opened it to find there were no Scissors within the box. I called them straight away and they were kind enough to immediately to have pair sent by express delivery, that I Received the next day.”

“Very good service from Groomers , shame I can’t say the same for DPD , was giving three different dates for delivery and waited in for three days. Not a happy customer due to DPD please change your courier it’s not the first time I have had problems with this company.”

Hi Vicky, A confirmation email was sent to you when the parcel was dispatched - please check your spam or Junk folders just in case. With regards to the parcel itself, we have tracked the parcel on the Courier website and it was delivered on Monday 22nd October at 11.30am. “Overall I'm disappointed with my recent order. Firstly I paid for express delivery which didn't happen but I was reimbursed and customer service were very helpful. However, upon using my new 7FC black andis blades they dragged through the dogs coat. I ordered 3, opened 2 and after using them realised they weren't fit for purpose. I'm returning all blades and had to order 3 new blades (silver as a matter of urgency. I've been told I may not receive a refund for the opened packaging on the blades. The product is obviously faulty. I'm not sure if I will continue to use Groomers as my supplier.”

“This company resorted to personal attacks on my character when we clashed over an issue. They emailed my ex tutor with defamatory language in an attempt to discredit my character. Fortunately this did not work. Instead it did the opposite. It has made your company look very unprofessional indeed. The staff at Groomers online seriously need a lesson in good customer service instead of personally attacking your customers in this way.”

“I ordered the new grooming scissors case, just before their emailing system went down! I hadn't heard anything so I messaged them on their Facebook and they replied within the hour, and once they were back in the office the next day, told me when my parcel was going to arrive. It actually came a day earlier than they said it would! So one very happy customer! The case is amazing, spacious and professional looking. Just what I needed! I've had a lovely experience with Groomers Online!”

“i have purchased my grooming items from groomers starting when they only sold shampoo, so when my clippers blew up I went to their web site to buy new ones, 2 days later the clipper where reduced when I ask if I could have them at the reduced rate I received am email saying I should have called their office for discount information and as I didn't too bad. I feel the loyalty I have shown them over the years was all one sided. in the future I will get all of my grooming supplies from a more customer friendly company”
