“Thank You I would like to thank the staff, especially Shannon and Leah, for helping us with the warranty repairs on our new caravan. Everything is now sorted and working well. Both Shannon and Leah went that extra mile. We have found all the staff at Greentrees to be helpful and accommodating. I just wish we had brought our two previous caravans from Greentrees! Thank You”

“I would urge anyone to avoid buying caravans from Greentrees. I am now proceeding with a legal claim as we had an alarming incident 3 months after purchasing the caravan. Greentrees do a checklist (which is laughable) and insisted that our wheels were torqued to 130. On our second trip away in the caravan, the whole wheel flew off and got stuck under the caravan (thankfully or the whole caravan and car would have tipped). There is no way this could happen had the wheels been torqued correctly and resulted in a huge array of damage. Along with other incorrect information on the checklist (spare tyre 13 years old - should have been changed at 7!), we are told verbally that the caravan was checked (nothing to back up the fact the caravan was checked more than once) and this failing is in fact our own fault (the tyre, I am also advised they don't need to replace as it is not a legal requirement - great if you do break down?!?). Any mechanic will advise that the wheel could not fall off at such low mileage had the wheel been torqued correctly Avoid for for your own safety and buy from a reputable company who can provide a PDI check which is accurate and countersigned by more than one person (most reputable companies offer video checks)”

“We were unfortunate to need some warranty work carried out on our caravan. Although the van wasn’t purchased from Green trees they arrange with the manufacturer for the warranty work to be carried. We were giving dates to suit us All the work was carried out professionally to a high standard We have now used Green trees three times for servicing as d warranty work all of which have been carried out by what we would regard as a highly profession team All of the staff keep you informed from booking to completion and are always obliging Thank you once again for s first class service”

“The story is long and involved and full of disappointment, however after many years of what we thought was good service, we have realised that Greentrees are only interested in two things, themselves and their short term profit. Be careful before you trust them with your cherished vehicle, check their work or have it checked independently, and ensure that the caravan is fully drained of any liquids. Take it from someone with knowledge, unfortunately do not trust them or their work, you might regret it.”

“We decided to upgrade our caravan. We had looked at private vans (not as stated in adverts) and some other dealers, but we saw exactly what we wanted at Greentrees. The salesman was very good but after we had taken delivery we wished he had explained more clearly what 1 month's warranty was. We presumed that a company the size of Greentrees would only sell the best secondhand caravans after their service department had gone through their checklist. We picked up the caravan up in early October and decided to take it out later in the month. THANK GOODNESS WE DID. We had travelled several miles and stopped for a pit stop for our dogs.My husband noticed the laminate on the floor had come away underneath the caravan. On further inspection he found it had been filled with some "black gunge" in one area and the laminate was hanging off in another area. As we had booked a site we carried on when we arrived at the site the kitchen blind would not open, and the front had fallen off the heater. We decided as it was nearing the end of our months warranty we would ring Greentrees the next day. We had wanted in our "new to us" caravan an island bed. In the night I complained the bed made me roll to the middle little knowing that later in the night the whole bed would collapse. The bed supports had jumped out of their anchor points. My husband put them back but the same thing happened for the next 2 nights. He spoke to to the service manager and arranged to take the caravan in to them for warranty work only to be told the blind would not be covered, the heater and a modification to the bed would be chargeable. After several phone calls my husband spoke to the salesman and was told apart from the modification to the bed the rest would be covered by the warranty. (The service people could find nothing wrong with the bed and a "large man" man tried it and said it was OK, but I don't think he slept on it for several hours like we did but we let that go. We have asked them to make sure that are concerns are noted and if at a later date we still have problems we will be returning the caravan to them for another repair or replacement. BUYER BEWARE ASK WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS AND DO NOT TRUST THAT THEIR CHECKLIST IS ACCURATE”

“Had a new T V arieal fitted on my motorhome and showed me how it works by bringing out a TV to my motorhome to demonstrate the arieal which I thought was a nice touch. Also had the control repaired and all working now so very pleased with Becky and staff for the work they have carried out. Would recommend this firm very highly .”
