“I tried to place an order . tried and tried without success . Phoned twice , same result , I was informed by a recording to get in touch by email . I tried four times , again without any return contact . Tried CHAT on their website , informed they have NO information , and try email . This company is rubbish . My review has one star , if there were minus one star that's where they would be .”

“I have been left with a very disappointing experience shopping from greenhouse warehouse as I purchased and lovely bbq which was damaged in more than one place and when contacted them with several emails and calls about the issue I have not heard anything from them. I feel upset that I have paid the money for a good bbq and it comes through damaged, but that I understand happens, but to ignore and not contact me about it makes feel disgusted and that I would never use greenhouse warehouse again and would recommend anyone else not to use them either. It’s a shame as the bbq was a really nice looking and good quality bbq, which would of left me a very happy customer.”

“Fraudulent. They posted a discontinued/out-of-stock item on their website, which I purchased but never received. I requested a full refund from them, but only received a partial refund.”
