“Very impressed with the whole thing!the delivery driver was really helpful and made sure the packs were stored safely in the garage as well as being extremely polite -10 stars out of 5 ! The greenhouse itself was as easy to put up as it possibly could be (let's face it they're fiddly) and is a good strong structure -the tomatoes are doing brilliantly . My ONE suggestion is that perhaps a couple of spare clips /hangers could be included , I accidentally dropped one of each into the bark chippings surrounding the base -you can imagine how long it took to find them again . The automatic window is working well without any annoying fiddling about beyond the initial adjustment . Would recommend to anyone .”

“Came back one year on to buy a second greenhouse (very happy with model 8x6 Green Grow Master) and placed my order on BH Monday. As delivery not made by Thursday (it does state 5 working days), I phoned GH Stores to explain I would be on Holiday from the Sat until May 3rd and gentleman helpfully offered to arrange delivery on May 4th. On my return on May 3rd, I was met by 3 unsuccessful delivery notes from the courier. When I phoned to enquire, I was told that I stated my return would be on the 26th and delivery arranged for the 27th. I realise that I was away celebrating my 60th Birthday, and that dementia is knocking on the door, but in what world am I likely to take the time to phone up on the eve of my holiday and not know my return date? It was only because the employee was insistent that it was my fault, and failed to accept ownership of the cock-up that I am writing a negative review. Begrudgingly, and now with my hackles up, he accepted that he needed to sort things out, and eventually it was, even though the frame turned up a day later than the plexi. A shame because product and price are good, and my previous experience was fine. I feel a Customer Care refresher course for said employee would not be wasted.”

“A very smart looking greenhouse at an excellent price. Delivery was on the day specified and the delivery crew carried everything into the rear garden. Assembly was fairly straightforward, although the roof gave me a little trouble (you have to put the struts in at an exact distance which turned out to be a slightly too long to fit them all in the cone). One minor issue was the staging "designed specifically for the Hera Range"; you can't fit these side by side, i.e. one continuous shelf, the hinges are too big. They have to be put in with gaps between, like in the promotional picture. That said those are manufacturer issues not Greenhouse Stores ones. I am very happy with the new greenhouse and amazed at how big it is!”

“Purchased a 6x8ft greenhouse and am very pleased with it. We cemented the base posts a week before assembling the rest of the frame, and it went up easily. Never put a greenhouse up before, so we were really pleased. The green frame looks great too. Very sturdy once complete and well-made, although as is sometimes the case, the aluminium bolts are quite soft - we mistakenly put the door together incorrectly and had to replace a couple of nuts and bolts with something more substantial as they couldn't be re-used. Would definitely recommend.”

“The Salesperson (must be PC these days), unfortunately I am unable to recall his name, was very conversant with the Elite greenhouse product that I wished to purchase. We talked about my sizing options and the optional extras that I wished to purchase. I did state to the Salesperson that I was also speaking to a competitor, and that a there was only £50 between both companies. The offer to 'throw in' the Elite shelving secured you my purchase. Elite have duly delivered the greenhouse which I have just finished installing. Their Production Manager, Phil, has taken my phone calls on 3no occasions and has been very helpful in resolving the installation queries that I have encountered during the construction. Overall I am very satisfied with both Greenhouse Stores for the professional customer sales team, and also with Elite, namely Phil, for his very good installation advise - he clearly knows his companies product. “I recently purchased the Vitavia Orion 6x6 greenhouse and I am thrilled with my purchase, its brilliant! I decided to have the greenhouse installed by the company recommended (The Good Life) and they were amazing! They were professional, friendly and kept me updated throughout. The installation was quick and pain free which was a huge contrast to my previous greenhouse installation by my husband!! “Build and quality fits in well with our garden space. Instructions could have been better with photographs rather than photcopied drawings. It took a bit of working out putting it together but once constructed very pleased with the result. Ordering and delivery excellent service. Love the Dark Green colour. The clips holding the glass panes stand out a bit against the dark Green but hopefully will weather with age and not be so noticeable.”

“My overall experience with this company has been pretty good. On the plus side the customer service lady was very helpful. On the negative side communication over delivery date was poor as they did not respond to my texts saying that I was on holiday on their proposed date. “Hi very pleased indeed guy who put it up was a bit grumpy and moaned about the concrete base not being level, but all is fine now and screed-ed into position to lock it in place. The instructions for the greenhouse screening were woefully lacking and did not work and resorted to doing it my way. I gave the guy who fitted the greenhouse extra money to build the tressels but he did not tell me that with bottom louvers you need to build it inside the greenhouse for it to fit, but all sorted now. The greenhouse now has 3 types of tomatoes, cumbers, chilli peepers and red peepers going in it, so pleased.”
