“Was looking for a new greenhouse and Greenhouse Stores offered the best price with free delivery to N Ireland. The greenhouse arrived ahead of schedule and was delivered to my door by a very pleasant helpful driver. The process online was efficient and hassle free. Am in the process of erecting the greenhouse but am confident will get any support necessary.”

“I have been wanting a greenhouse for a long time, and found the Halls 6x4 Popular on your website at a very attractive price together with free base and a wide selection of accessories. The greenhouse arrived in very good time and I was pleasantly surprised at the manner it was packaged. Erection of the greenhouse was quite straightforward and the instructions were easy to follow. One sheet of the toughened glass was found to have shattered on opening package, but a replacement was sent more or less by return with an apology. I subsequently ordered a couple of additional accessories and these too arrived in a very speedy manner.”

“I wouldn't have another, the main frame is strong. But, the door is a terrible design, very hard to open or close. Plus 2 panes of grass were broken, not wrap in paper.”

Hello Mr Harris. It sounds like you need to make a small adjustment to the bottom runner on your door. Elite have been attempting to contact you with regards to rectifying it but have been unable to get hold of you. Can you please give them a call 01204 791488 and they will get that rectified for you.

“Good product and service, by and large. My frame was fine, but the glass delivery had mistakes in it. After discussion, Greenhouse Stores agreed to send a further consignment of glass, although I had to wait about 5 weeks for it to be delivered. This delivery was correct, and I completed the greenhouse with it. I had to cut one sheet of glass to suit the louvre ventilator I had bought, which I think is poor to expect the customer to cut glass. It took a long time to make - over a week of full days (14ft x 8ft greenhouse). You need a suction gripper to safely install the roof glass.”

“Greenhouse itself is excellent but the instructions for construction are absolute rubbish. It took 3 men 9 hours to construct just the frame and then probably 1 man a further 10 days to finish the job including several minor rebuilds as the instructions were so muddled. Automatic vent not closing properly. Other than that very pleased.”

“I was sent the wrong sized base for my greenhouse and then made to feel I wasn’t telling the truth when I contacted the business. I then had to wait for a replacement which was thankfully sent via an express delivery.”

“Service was second to none. I have just had the greenhouse built for me this weekend and on opening the glass panels found that two were cracked and one was totally broken. Unfortunate but this now leaves me with having to get 3 new panes cut for me tomorrow. Could be packed better.”

“Ordered a Appollo 2500 greenhouse in green powder coated with toughened glass which arrived today as expected and within the 1 hour delivery slot that I'd been given. Driver very friendly and helpful and placed the toughened glass panels and the 5 boxes exactly where I wanted them. The glazing is all securely packed and the frame ect is in neat long boxed which are clearly marked. I cant put it together yet as I'm still growing in my old greenhouse which I need to take down before I can start it but so far so good and I can't fault the company or service up to now. I will update my review with photos when I've put it up. Probably around October.”

“The greenhouse itself is a good well-engineered product. However, the instructions for assembly are extremely poor and we had to resort to looking at UTube for clarification. The glass restraining clips are almost impossible to insert with a danger of breaking the glass and we had to resort to using a sealant to be sure of fixing securely.”

“Website said delivery within 30 working days, when i called them up it was 6-8 weeks Shed arrived with no instructions and nails missing For the amount of money I paid for this i'm not at all impressed!”

“We recently mouth a potting shed from the Greenhouse store. It could not have gone any smoother. The delivery date was confirmed, the guys arrived on time to assemble the shed. We were delighted with their work and the quality of the product.”
