“Ordering and delivery were fine, so no problems there. We ordered ladybirds and ladybird larvae. Happy with the ladybirds, but the larvae were so small, we could hardly see them. We had no idea how many there were, as too difficult to count, and if they were alive or dead! We had expected them to be much larger. We placed them in the little envelopes, as instructed. Over a week later, when we inspected, there seemed to be a few larger ones that had simply died. So the larvae were not really what you'd call successful, and seemed like a waste of money. Will only order adult ladybirds in future.”

“🐞 Thank you so very much for my ladybirds! For some reason I didn't believe they'd arrive at all. Not to mention alive, safe and sound! What an amazing purchase! And what a great alternative to chemical pesticide control! They were slightly reluctant to leave the box and unfortunately their arrival coincided with a spell of terrible winter showers. I've worried that they got cold... But one cannot do much about Scottish weather... Also thank you for a very useful leaflet that gave me all the information I needed. I'm looking forward to see in a few weeks what miracles my ladybugs did!”

“Trying to get rid of codling moth leaving nasty little surprises in my apples. Nemasys Fruit and Veg protection arrived but as I put things in quarantine (Covid) for 3 days and the packaging did not say what it was it did sit in the warm ( it was hot at the time) for a few days so really hoping it will be OK. Please a label to say must go in fridge on outside of packaging to help us in these times.”

“As a shopper from Ireland I was delighted to avail of some special offer products from Gren Gardener. My email queries were responded to very quickly and I received my products very well wrapped within a week. It was Covid19 time and I appreciate they were extremely busy. Delighted with such great service and I shall certainly be returning!”

“It's a shame that this time ordering caterpillar refills, there was a problem with the order being despatched. I was very happy ordering via green gardener because they act as a go-between, which is helpful when you have a disability. Having previously ordered a few refills last year, they were always delivered quickly and when my recent order had not arrived I emailed out of concern. The reply was polite and affirmed that it would be looked into. Sadly, I had to follow-up with another email before green gardener actually contacted Insect Lore to find out that there was a problem. Having to rely on internet shopping, I don't like having to chase up nfortunately I am no longer confident ordering with green gardener.”

“Asked for delivery the day after I returned from holiday. Goods were delivered on the day. Although apparently it had rained a lot whilst I was away we are now experiencing something like an Indian Summer. No rain is forecast in the 2 weeks that I have left to apply the product, the sky has no clouds and the sun is beating down. I have watered the lawn for 2 days and will apply tonight. Keeping my fingers crossed that it will work.”

“The roses in the garden were suffering terribly with aphids and an internet search for solutions led me to Green Gardener. The ladybirds and larvae arrived very quickly and the improvement to the roses, in just a few days, was remarkable. For anyone who experiencing the same issues in their garden, the ladybirds were a quick, easy and highly effective solution. So much so that I placed another order this year and intend to purchase again in the future. It is with pleasure that I highly recommend Green Gardener!”
