"I ordered the refill caterpillars for my 6year old in august and she has absolutely loved watching the whole transformation. All 6 caterpillars turned in to beautifully butterflies. I will attach some photos. Really lovely watching them go free it kept her entertained for all the summer holidays. Would definitely recommend \ud83d\udc4d"

"Worked a treat! So happy to have saved my roses without using nasty chemicals. Photo shows the Larvae after growing and munching through the green fly. (The roses were covered!) They cleared them all within a few weeks. \r\nMy garden is thriving and the aphids are under control. Thank you! "

“I had a beehive which was being robbed out by wasps. I acted too late to save things but the Waspbane trap I purchased and placed near the affected hive is definitely working. It has probably prevented the hive that is next in line from being overwhelmed - the number of invaders has been reduced and the bees in that hive are fighting back successfully. I'm pleased I purchased a Waspbane.”

“🐞 Thank you so very much for my ladybirds! For some reason I didn't believe they'd arrive at all. Not to mention alive, safe and sound! What an amazing purchase! And what a great alternative to chemical pesticide control! They were slightly reluctant to leave the box and unfortunately their arrival coincided with a spell of terrible winter showers. I've worried that they got cold... But one cannot do much about Scottish weather... Also thank you for a very useful leaflet that gave me all the information I needed. I'm looking forward to see in a few weeks what miracles my ladybugs did!”

“There is always good advice from Green Gardener and over the years this is my go-to site for biological protection from weevils and slugs amongst other items. I have a diverse garden but one of my favourite plants is Hosta. Now that I'm using biological as well as other methods of control, my hostas are intact all season. Another plus about Green Gardener is that it's an easy site to navigate. I highly recommend it.”

“A great company!I was so pleased I discovered them during lockdown.Since then I have added many more new plants for butterfly and bee and purchased a butterfly house and a well made bee box and a concrete bird box because a bumble bee nested in my present one usually used annually by blue tits.They also stock ladybird houses but I had to buy elsewhere for that as they were out of stock for some time.During this time I have ordered several tubs of butterfly caterpillars all developing into beautiful butterflies.I certainly recommend this company.”

“I ordered coir seed pellets, (first time I have used them), the order process was easy and the pellets arrived promptly. Reading the instructions it suggested using a covering of vermiculite and indicated that this could also be bought from green gardener, however I could not find any reference to the item on their web site. I sent an email via the web site pointing out the issue and if they could advise. I received a very prompt response explaining the item was currently out of stock but they offered to notify me as soon as it came back in. In the meantime I have bought vermiculite from the local garden centre. So all in all a very positive experience with green gardener. Its too early to tell if the coir pellets will prove better than conventional seed sowing but my initial feeling is that they are much easier. I am doing a side by side trial as you will see from the photo,”
