“Order came with one broken bottle that had been removed prior to me recveing it and box was soaked and damaged and had been wrapped in cellophane prior to despatch items I received were ok”

I know we have spoken on the telephone already with regards to this and have credited you for the missing item and a little bit more by way of an apology.
You shouldn't have received the order at all, it really should have come back to us so we could resend an intact parcel. This is something we have taken up with our couriers.
We like to pride ourselves on our customer care and it looks like we have fallen short of your expectations. Would you be able to let us know what we could or should have done differently?

The great british beer company has lots to choose from. I thought this would make a great christmas present for a dad with all he could want. I was so taken with curiousity that I bought the same selection too - that way we can share tasting notes on christmas day.
Unfortunately my dad believes that christmas is for children and was also so taken with curiosity that he has already started to make tasting notes.
I was a little too impressed by the delivery service - email came, telling me to expect a delivery and bang there they were the next day.......maybe I should have said to deliver closer to christmas !
