“Friendly knowledgable staff at Dalton Park branch. Wallpaper delivered next day. It went on very well. Easy to match and it cut cleanly without snagging using a sharp knife. It looks good.”

“Good company to deal with, orderd a sample received within 24 hours then made my choice. 10 rolls send out and deliverd within two days. Great customer service would use again.”

“Paint Have given it two stars because it marks and chips so easily, really annoyed. Emulsion for walls and resistance ?? For wood work in the same colour Tiriu. Which In itself is gorgeous.”

“Ordered and paid for two samples of wallpaper. I was expecting at least a full width sample, as other companies send you but no I got an A6 sample. Sample wallpaper is tiny it doesn’t give you any idea of the pattern so lost my custom!”

“All the process was outstanding until it came to my refund of unused wallpaper rolls. It's been six weeks and I am still waiting, after providing all tracking numbers. It's such a shame as wallpaper good quality.”

“Amazing service in store with graham and brown in Bridgend the store is located in McArthurGlen designer outlet, from the time I entered, the customer service was outstanding. The knowledge and friendliness of the staff was definitely bespoke I don’t think ive ever had customer service like it anywhere. We bought wallpaper, paints and houseware which is outstanding quality. The genetleman who runs the store is an asset the two assistants Paula, and Caitlin were simply amazing the whole experience was outstanding and I would highly recommend. The prices were slightly lower due to the 30% discount via the outlet and I saved over £108.74 by going there. Anyone who is looking for a professional non pushy sales team to help transform your home get your self’s to the store in wales”

“I ordered and paid for wallpaper. After over 2 weeks it hadn't arrived. I checked my account daily which said 'order being processed'. Just happened to notice the amount had been credited back to my bank account. When I contacted Graham & Brown I was told there had been a problem with delivery so the order had been cancelled. I assumed it was at my end so asked for clarification so I could chase up the courier only to be told that the item had never been picked up from their dispatch. I can't believe I wasn't informed and to add insult to injury have been hit with a $7.20 international transaction fee. Then I was requested to review my experience, which I did. Apparently my review was 'moderated' and not published so you won't see negative reviews on their site!”

“Avoid at all costs. Shocking returns policy. Bought excess paint and was refused a return on the left over UNOPENED tins. Very snobby in an email when I asked to return. Clearly not a bespoke paint colour as the paint is advertised on the website so no reason to refuse my return. Considering a credit card chargeback. Will not spend money with this company again that’s for sure!!”

“My paint is a lovely colour but not sure about longevity at all-got the resistance emulsion and boy does it mark-when I wiped it, so d of the paint comes odc on my cloth and leaves the wall lighter-maybe it's because use its a dark blue - hence had to order another pot-may as well gone for farrow and ball-very disappointed-expensive and time consuming as I have to paint the whole wall again”

“Fantastic shopping experience - the wallpapers are really high quality and beautiful. The delivery is really express and the customer service is just excellent. I definitely recommend to purchase the wallpapers here and wouldn´t doubt to buy there again, even the shipping fees outside UK is higher.”

“The wallpaper that I ordered came delivery free in two days. I didn't request fast delivery. So it was a nice suprise. I'm delighted with the paper. I would defiantly recommend them, and I will be using them again.”

“Bought from website. took ages to come, when it did it was faulty straight out of the box. contacted to return, was told i had to send it back which involved me taking it to the drop off point as they would not collect from where they delivered it. apparently will take another week to get a refund and longer to get a replacement. customer disservice agent said "this is our policy" at least half a dozen times on call. Very dissapointing”

“They were outstanding at customer service and had a terrific product. I loved the wallpaper which I used for an fundraiser for Burning Man in San Francisco. It covered the photo wall and was an absolute success. The paper was even more beautiful in person, and went on like a dream. As a former Window Dresser in Manhattan for Lux Goods, this resource is great!”

“Delivery was very quick. Shame Brewers could not obtain it for me as I do not like ordering on the computer. Many shops are closing due to internet shopping. Should you rethink this? Won't be doing the wallpapering until next year!”

“Ordered Saturday lunchtime - arrived Monday - Great service. BUT I was on the phone on Saturday to a young lady who wasn't aware of the 20% discount that I got with my sample order and who basically refused to take my order over the phone so I had to spend another 15 minutes ordering through the website when all I really needed to do was to give my card number and delivery address to her. Case of "Computer says no" attitude which was not helpful to me - a first time customer.”
