“Very Happy with the service. They were able to do our order within our requested deadline even-though it was quite a big order. Very happy with the quality and finish of the product.”

“Shocking customer service. Invoice wrongly stated a delivery date which we were really counting on for the launch of our store. They argued that it was just an estimated delivery, the product arrived 9 days after the "delivery date!!". Their argument was the same, that I did not state a deadline date. They were unable to offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience caused and their response was to give 10% discount in the next order......except there won't be another offer.”

“Item paid for was no longer available. The alternative was not suitable. It was very difficult to contact anyone at the company to organise a refund. Eventually organised the refund via the credit card company. Fobbed off with lies of promised refund for over 3 weeks - not happy. Luckily we paid on credit card and were able to persue our refund this way.”

“Ordered a large order, didn't get what I've ordered. I complained and they send me numerous samples which were also not good but finally in the end got it right but this process took 3 month to sort out... This was frustrating.”

“I have been very disappointed with the lack of information regarding delivery status. We had a date abet estimated on on our invoice, never thought to check before hand as the rest of the order had met the date stated. I had to chase for an update and they are very slow to respond. Account Manager on holiday however even when she came back no information and after a number of phone calls still no information of tracking or delivery status. Still haven't heard from her! Apparently that's the aftersales department. So why not transfer me or give me a contact number for that department?? Seems that once they have your order, its cheerio, I'm not interested.”

“Thomas assisted me with placing my order. I initially called with a query, he answered all my questions and promptly followed up our conversation with an email and arranged for samples to be sent to me. The ordering process was quick and efficient and I would definitely use Go Promotional again.”

“I contacted Go Promotional for a quotation for Pens and Pencils for a show we are doing this month. I received the quote through within an hour of sending the request and was helped every step of the way by Tom Raine with the colours and logo's. I would defiantly recommend this company and will be using again for any of our personalised needs.”
