Competitive price but I've waited over a month for delivery...still not delivered and no sign of it being despatched. Each time I ask for an update I get a different answer. Massively disappointed...

Extremely slow delivery - placed my order 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't been delivered. Lack of transparency about delivery times (they say on their website that items will be delivered in 3 days).

Do not use this company. Gooseberry took my payment for an order for a Christmas present. Initially, it all seemed legitimate - they sent a tracking number, but then the delivery never arrived. I chased it up countless times, and they said I had to wait 28 days for it to be considered lost. On the 29th day, I contacted them, they apologised, and said they'd send a replacement. I'm still waiting. I contacted my bank to report the fraudulent transaction. They have paid me back. I have also reported them to trading standards.

I placed on order on 28.12.20 and still have not received it (21.1.21). I have emailed, phone and emailed again and still have had no response. Sham company in my opinion. Won’t use again. I will be contacting PayPal to get a refund.

I placed an order in May 2020 (order no 118095) . One part turned up, the other package didn't. After I raised this with them they were quick to respond and speak to the courier. I was asked to wait 30 days to see if the courier could find the parcel, if not they would issue a refund. I have now spent the 6 months chasing them and still no refund. They keep stating they will send but nothing has been received, I have lost count of the number of chasers I have sent. It feels like they have a standard scripted reponse with zero action behind it. Really disappointed as I am now £50 out of pocket and have been for 6 months. I would avoid this company. Shocking!

Awful customer service - promises, promises, promises, nothing resolved. Advised a refund would be given numerous times, then advised a refund had been given but nothing transpired. Very disappointing.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I, like nearly every other person posting a review purchased over £100 worth of products and have received nothing. They will blame Hermes for not updating their tracking information but this is clearly not the case. I fully intend to take this company through the courts - Somebody has to. Looking at the overall rating I am assuming that this company used to be of good reputation and has possible been taken over by somebody else in the last 12 months? I will check records at Companys House. I'd be interested to hear what Nots County Council's response was to the reviewer who reported them?

WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS COMPANY!! I ordered some hair products from this company and after two weeks still haven't received it I emailed them and they said it'd be with me shortly after another 2 weeks no product began said it will be here shortly after 2 months of back and forth with them I still don't have a product and have asked for refund. Dishonest company. Avoid buying hair care products from them. Item never arrived. Had to recover my money via credit card services.

Bought my product two month ago and still have not received and waiting a refund for more than a 2 weeks still nothing arrive to my credit card. Customer service never provide an accurate day and I believe they‘d never proceed my refund. Please DO NOT use this company!!! They just steal your money!!

Appalling service. Do not order from this company! Ordered a conditioner on 27th July! Didn’t receive it so started to ask for my money back from 15th September. After several emails and promises still haven’t received a refund. Not able to contact by phone. They ask you to email which I have been doing. Polite replies but all empty promises. If I could have given them no stars I would have done. Not going to leave it here. I will be contacting Nottingham County Council as others have done to complain and to try and stop this shop from ripping other people off. However cheap they seem it’s not worth it.

It took several weeks for the item I ordered to arrive. Having returned the 'too late' item, several months later I am still waiting for a refund. Shockingly bad service.

Do not use Gooseberry. I ordered in April 2020. I have never received the goods (or refund as requested) despite a lot of correspondence with Gooseberry. If you have already ordered by credit card it is good idea to claim from them and also report matter to Trading Standards. Good luck! D. Hardy.
