“Despite the passing of nearly 30years the staff at Goodwin Barrett persevered and recovered over £7300.00for my wife and I. Great service, easy yo use. Highly recommended.”

“This company have caused my mental health to deteriate. They tell lies on the phone. They are very manuplative. They are dishonest. They took me to court during the pandemic and the cost of living crisis But the judge was able to see there dirty tricks....my advice is stay well clear of these parasites”

“They keep your claim and pass them to a clam my tax , by giving them your details , you think it from the tax the government , but it’s not ,I should of has a rebate of £110 ,to be sent a message to say send your bank details and will will pay it into your bank in 2 weeks , I asked for a cheque to be sent , 5 weeks ago ,I phoned to be told we don’t do cheque now , what if you don’t have a bank account , keep away from this people if you think it to good to be true , it means it is”

“My claim for Mis-sold Investment started in April 2020. Only last month (27 months later) was I notified of the amount I would be receiving, less their hefty 40% + VAT fees. What a lengthy, drawn out process. Goodwin Barrett did however keep me informed throughout.”

“I asked about the claim process ,after numerous calls I was really fed up and said I didnt want to claim.Months later I got a small payout then threatening letters about fees.The amount I was paid was less than the company said.To stop the several calls each day I paid and asked them to stop caIIng me.This week I have Started to get a couple of calls a day.At first I asked them to stop calling because I didnt want all the trouble.Still I get calls.I now dont answer any calls.”

“Advert seen on Facebook, contacted Goodwin and Barrett regarding mis sold FSAVC, they took on my claim, they explained everything and were very professional and polite, kept me in the loop the whole time and were always there if I needed to contact them. They have now been successful and I have received compensation. Thank you Goodwin and Barrett”

“Two years ago Goodwin Barrett investigated a mis sold investment I had taken out with the Halifax Building Society 10+ years ago and I received £4.5k approx. I told the agent I had, years ago, made my own mis selling enquiries with the Coop bank relating to an investment in 1998 and I had been led to believe I did not qualify to claim. Some time later the Goodwin Barrett agent contacted me to explain he had investigated, with no details provided by me, and I have now had another cheque for £4.5k, money I would never have had, had it not been for the agent at Goodwin Barrett. Excellent service from professionals!”
