“Generally good , but more properties at auction would be desirable”

“I have voted you as being very good even though I have never attended a sale of your yet ! Experience tells me that you run a decent business - based upon good honest foundations. I have a very active portfiolio in the London and S.E. area but I continue to be attracted towards your area as yields can be worthwhile. I am impressed with your communications and also the 'feel' of your website. I also like the strong family thread that you use to market your services. “We always enjoy the professionally presented auctions, but the last one the mic Kept crackling, & picture froze. The only bad thing is we can never see the properties on screen clearly. So we have to make notes of the properties before hand. Look forward to September.”

“I will go to other auctions held by them as seemed respectable high class establishement. However, whats told on telephone is not true. Parcel of land 15K to be auctioned I spent a lot of time and money investigating. Was told "lots of interest”. My 30k offer was no good and should be 35. At the auction there was only one person bidding for that , he had to bid against auctioneer as no one interested. I took over from reserve at 20k to 28 and being suspicious stopped. Sold eventually for 29k. I was willing to pay 36k but lost confidence as they said on the telephone “would have to be 35k “. Many propertys remained unsold. Goldings should not over sell on the telephone.”
