“Can't complain about the quality of the gear, however the customer service and communication is absolutely appalling. I still haven't received my order after almost a year. The order has been delivered to an address that I stopped living at months ago, which I only found out after repeatedly contacting customer service and receiving the shipping information. I am beyond disappointed, as I would have preferred to remain a customer, but I don't see that as a viable option anymore.”

When the women's seat pad I needed for British Masters Champs didn't arrive on time, Godfrey's refunded my original postage and took one to their stand at the competition for me to pick up. No charge for the second seat pad, I simply took it away and they trusted me to return the posted one when it eventually arrived. They even refunded the return postage for the original order - without me even asking for it. Excellent service! Thank you!”
