“Ordered 3 dresses to try on for a HUGE occassion - 2 did not suit me at all, but the one was perfect!!!!!!!! Packed the other 2 back up in the original packaging, completed the returns form and stuck the pre paid sticker on the front. Had a notification to say my dresses had been received back and were going to be checked by another department (naturally) and that the refund could take several days. Within a couple of hours I had another email saying I had been refunded. So all in all - excellent service and would highly recommend!”

“Purchased an item and its been over a week and no email of dispatch or delivery. Terrible service, I tried to email twice and have not heard anything back and on my account it shows as unfulfilled. Terrible service would not buy again off this website and just want a refund! Don't also understand how the only way to contact them is a email and no chat or phone services.”

“Goddiva Ltd are fashion heaven!! There is a piece of gorgeous clothing for every occasion you can think of. Delivery is prompt and customer service communication is excellent. Designs are high on style, glamour and so beautifully made. My dresses are lined and tailored for a perfect fit. Fabrics are special - Foil Print Wrap Midi With Tassels Dress is a luxurious satin, speckled with a subtle gold and Front Split Floral Maxi Dress has a thin platinum line running through the floral print chiffon. The quality is exceptional and such great value. I feel amazing wearing Goddiva dresses!! I’m thrilled to have discovered this fabulous brand.”

“I received the dress, it didn’t fit quite right. Tried to return it only to learn the cost is $190!!! Twice the cost of the dress. Reached out to Godiva, said they couldn’t help at all. I’ll never shop this store again.”

“I placed an order for 4 outfits on 27th July 2023 but none were suitable so returned them on 7th August 2023 and yet I have not received a refund - despite having confirmation that they have been received by Goddiva at the returns address on 9th August. I have been in touch with customer service and provided both proof of return and proof of receipt of the return and I have heard nothing. I have sent 3 chaser emails and been ignored. Where is my refund as we we past the 7-14 day limit for refunds?!”

“Order 2 dress for size both arrived lovely dress but to big I returned them they received them on 1st April only received my refund 29th April after several emails to them which have not been replied to ..very disappointing”

“I’ve worn five or six Goddiva dresses over the last year or so and they always fit beautifully and are incredible quality. The range is brilliant and there’s always something great to find on their website and the price point is brilliant.”

“I recently ordered a dress online in Goddiva, but unfortunately it didn't fit me properly when it arrived. However, I was so impressed with the customer care team's responsiveness and helpfulness in getting me the correct size dress in a short period of time. The replacement dress arrived quickly and fit me perfectly - I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. “This maxi evening dress is stunning! I received so many compliments when I wore it to a wedding. The only downside is that it wrinkles easily, but that's to be expected with the type of fabric. It's still a beautiful dress and I'm very happy with my purchase from Goddiva.”

From our records we can see that your Goddiva return parcel is stuck in transit please see below https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/ZF347002002GB A courier claim has been raised for your returns as missing in transit.
