“I placed four orders via GoGroopie and only one of them went without a hitch. Two others were delayed and I am still chasing a refund for the fourth. GoGroopie have replied to my emails each time I have used their online contact form but the end result is mixed, to say the least.”

“Bought a two night break from them as a gift only to find out six months later when trying to book that the hotel had closed. Without being told by go groopie or offered alternatives? Upon asking for return of cash I was told money would be credited to go groopie account???. As if I would use them again??? Not very helpful customer service either”
