I'm having great difficulty claiming vouchers from the actual sellers. There also seems to be poor traceability regarding voucher status, eg, is voucher used and has product been received.

I have bought a couple of items and the quality has been very bad. I am still awaiting a refund for items I rejected months ago. Apparently a refund was on its way about three week ago but no sign of it yet. Every email I have sent is not replied to for several days if at all.

Like Catherine contacting you about a problem is a problem - email contact returns with "it may take up to 5 weeks to reply" not good enough

Not happy that as a new customer I purchased 2 vouchers. One of the vouchers I was able use and received my goods, however I have still not been able to use the second one as the merchants website does not recognise it. I sent a message to customer services last week and have still not received a reponse! Not good service at all!

The voucher I bought could not be redeemed at the checkout. After countless emails and unanswered phone call to both the merchant and Go Groopie I have still to receive any contact from either. I purchased the voucher at the beginning of December 2014. The item was for a Christmas gift for my wife. My experience maybe just an unlucky one. But!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!

GoGroopie has always been great. Great goods, great ideas, great prices. Until late last year when things changed. Non delivery. No problem of course just report and go! No. Report, report and report. No answer, no confirmation of communication even. Disappointed? Yes. I have had a great many purchases with you and so it is a little disappointing to say the very least. In fact I am finding it hard to believe even now. If there was a problem with the voucher going through I would have thought someone would have advised? No. I have purchased since this event and all goods have been received, great offers at great prices. Service by Go Groopie? Not really very great at all.

I have bought a lot from go Groopie and they are very slow to answer queries. I have had 4 problems with various suppliers, mostly to do with trying to put in the voucher code. One supplier most rude and I had to get you to intervene and all together it took 6 weeks to receive my goods. I would NEVER buy anything from you that I wanted delivered in under 4 weeks. The concept is excellent but you need to get a grip with your suppliers as most customers want goods delivered in under a week. I ordered a set of 5 earrings from you 2 weeks ago and have tried 3 times to enter the voucher code. When I contacted the company they told me this was not one of their codes and only you can purchase from them! I will be contacting you AGAIN.

Hi i bought 3 voucher codes for my sisters and myself to use on snapfish! All three codes are saying invalid code when we try to use them, very disappointed indeed. Have emailed and also called been an absolute nightmare. Wont be using the company again

I am gutted I ordered some earrings on 2nd December. .. I thought in time for Christmas and still haven't received. ... I have contacted the company who should be sending direct twice and still nothing. Not happy and my friends have to go without a Christmas present.

OMG! Feel sick looking at these reviews as it reflects my own experience I am waiting for Christmas presents bought over 3 weeks ago- 4 lamps, and a frozen card set - why is nobody trustworthy anymore? Will see if I get a response via this review as cant see to find a way of contacting them either. If I dont hear/receive anything by the end of the week, will be opening a dispute with paypal.

I redeemed my GoGroopie voucher on 23 November for an Android 10.1 Tablet from J&Y Ltd. I have emailed both GoGroopie and J&Y Ltd but noone is answering me. If you ring the J&Y telephone number you just sit on hold for ages and get to speak to noone. This is a christmas present for my son and I am very disappointed in the service I'm receiving. Why won't anyone answer????

I ordered the Android 10.1 inch tablet from J&Y on the 30th Nov. I paid £64.99 for the bundle plus £9.99 postage. I am still waiting for this to arrive & am getting worried as its for a Xmas present. I tried ringing the number they gave me & after waiting for 45mins I hung up. I have e-mailed them which they did reply to after 4 days. They asked me for my name, address, phone number & voucher code, all of which they already had. I have e-mailed them again plus I have e-mailed gogroopie & have had no response. Very disappointed & I hope I am not going to lose my £74.98. I am a pensioner & cannot afford to lose it. I know it says delivery 2-3wks but that is up this weekend so with the Xmas post I am getting very anxious & not sleeping

I ordered a tablet on the 28th November costing me 39.99 and postage 9.99. It has only just arrived today. I got so worried looking at the reviews after I had paid for it. The is a chip in the screen and the delivery took for ages. I wouldn't recommend the site. They don't have a number to contact if any problems, you can only email. Which they probably don't email back.
