i thought i was buying wine when i was buying a voucher which was out date by the time i noticed promised credit you have been stalling ever since?

Four months after ordering and still no product, we decided to cancel the order and request the money returned to our credit card...told that this was not possible and our gogroopie account had to be credited - can you believe it!!! do not order from this site, we will be consulting the ombudsman, just read the reviews and DO NOT ORDER from this site - spread the word...

I ordered a blanket in september which I still have not received. I have been told on many occasions that it has been despatched. Delivery dates have come and gone. Beginning to think this is a scam, they won't even put the money back to my account. Don't use this site.

I ordered a ladies top,on 29th Sept 2016, To date I have not received it.I have just sent yet another email,as trying to contact them by phone, has been a waste of time.I actually work for the Legal arm of Trading Standards, so I'm feeling really stupid at the moment.I want the top or my MONEY BACK

Well these folks have been bombarding my inbox with spam so I had a look at some of the offers. They looked too good to be true so I googled them and had a look at some reviews. I'm so glad I did because no doubt I would have been joining the thousands of customers who have had a bad experience with this company. I'll stick with Argos thank you very much ;-)

We have placed an order for two CCTV cameras, but have decided to cancel the order and get a full refund as we have the right to do so as stated on their policy, we even rang up to ask before going ahead with it and was advised by one their customer service advisors that the money will be fully refunded within the period of two weeks. It's been nearly 2 months now and we are still chasing them for our money. Customer service is absolutely useless, most of their merchants are scammers and the whole service is a shambles, would not recommend this to anyone!!!

I have been waiting for 2 blankets since September. Go groopie keep emailing to say that the order is on the way, which is blatantly untrue. I have asked for a full refund but just keep receiving a generic email from their customer services. I informed them that I would be posting a negative review but that has been ignored as well. I will never make a purchase through Go groopie again.

This company is a scam please do not use them because they do not send what you order they take your money and they don't answer the phone they don't answer your emails and they are liers because all the emails you see on this site are generated have been in touch with the fraud team to return my money .this company should be shut down for taking people's money under false pretences.PLEASE AVOID THEM will not be using them ever again .con merchants

Have been contacting customer support through email so please do not put at the bottom of my reveiw that you are contacting me, have been lied to and excuses made regarding my order of boots which has now been 7 weeks, I have now raised a dispute through Paypal and am also contacting the office of fair trading as I do believe that this company do this to too many people and get away with it, they need to be stopped.

Hi Debbie, As you have been previously advised Yodel have your parcel as they were not able to deliver to your address on both occasions they attempted. Yodel, the merchant and ourselves have contacted you with the tracking reference and contact details of the courier to collect your item or rearrange delivery. Kind regards, GoGroopie

If only I could put 0 star! Ordered a shark blanket in September, 2-3 weeks delivery and I am still waiting. No reply to my emails. Will never use this company again. Shocking customer service!

Go Groopie's customer service is non existent! The company are very good at taking money from you. However, should you wish to return or cancel an order, no one responds. I will not be using this company again.

I ordered two batwing chunky cardigans, but when they arrived they are TINY!!. I sent a message on the contact page, but have received no reply. I have tried calling the telephone number all morning, but it is constantly engaged. I am really disappointed, and would like someone to at least let me know what is going on. I do not want these cardigans - I would like a refund for the items, and post and packing(which is £7.98) as each item is charged separately..

1. Ordered items never arriving 2. 'Customer services' repeatedly lying 3.Failure to refund monies paid 4.Inability to provide the service they promise If these things are important to you, then GoGroopie are the company for you! If however, you have an aversion to dealing with wideboys I would steer well clear of these clowns. I wish I had.
