Shark Blanket not received. Ordered September 2016. Sent many emails. Advised at first that it was out of stock and then last week that they had a problem with my address!!!! Sick of being fobbed off. I will never order from this company again. I want a refund. PS. If you are having problems, as first advised, with getting stock, why do you continue to advertise this item? Stinks of fraud and theft, I shall today be reporting you to my Trading Standards Office.

Ordered two products from this company after sending email a 'replacement' phone was then sent out only for it to be faulty still trying to get an address to return to and a refund I don't believe the first phone was actually sent at all. Still waiting for child's tablet to be sent that was ordered in October. Was the first time used this company will DEFINATELY not be using them again

I orderd a shark tail blanket on the 5th of October emailed 3 times and have been told that I will recive it soon! Still havnt received it its very frustrating when your waiting for a delivery every day for 6 weeks!!!!!!!

I ordered a ru g from this company. I have tried 3 times to call. No answer. I have sent 3 emails. No reply. Their customer service is non existent. Please think very carefully before using this company. Not good at all

Only gave 1 as a rating as I could not put my feelings forwards. They are stay well away from this company if in deed it is. Orderd shark bankers on 18/9 received one other not recived. Even though they promised and even text to ask if I still wanted it. Something seriously wrong here. Stay away .

still have not received the three pairs of boots ordered over 6b weeks ago, then received two out of three pairs of boots the wrong colour ansd size and all gogroopie have done is tell me about their returns poilicy - I just want my entire costs back and tell Trading Standards what has happend and what is still not happening.

Go groopie, come on!!!!! I ordered 3 shark blankets and 1 mermaid blanket back in September and I am still awaiting delivery. I have tried your customer service line on numerous occasions without any success and I am now waiting on a response to emails. I am prepared to wait another 14 days for you to get your act together and either refund me including my £3.99 postage for each item or deliver them to me as promised. If I do not receive either within that time then I shall take this matter further as a case of theft/fraud. And to see that you are advertising them AGAIN on your site with a short delivery time is really taking the fraudulent mickey out of all your customers who are unfortunately experiencing the same problems as myself. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Ordered Solar fairy lights back in September after a month of non arrival checked their website to try and find out why no show . It showed I had ordered and paid but nothing else. I called them several times never once got to talk to anyone , Tried to find no of company supplying the lights but drew a blank. Thank god I had paid by PayPal. I contacted them and they in turn contacted go groupie on lots of occasions but they also got no reply and eventually I got my money back. But whilst the dispute was going on I checked my account on go groupie and amazingly my purchase wasn't recorded anywhere. so they had obviously deleted it. So once again thank God for PayPal as they had the records to prove I had paid. Do not touch this company with a barge pole .

Four months after ordering and still no product, we decided to cancel the order and request the money returned to our credit card...told that this was not possible and our gogroopie account had to be credited - can you believe it!!! do not order from this site, we will be consulting the ombudsman, just read the reviews and DO NOT ORDER from this site - spread the word...

I ordered a blanket in september which I still have not received. I have been told on many occasions that it has been despatched. Delivery dates have come and gone. Beginning to think this is a scam, they won't even put the money back to my account. Don't use this site.

I ordered a ladies top,on 29th Sept 2016, To date I have not received it.I have just sent yet another email,as trying to contact them by phone, has been a waste of time.I actually work for the Legal arm of Trading Standards, so I'm feeling really stupid at the moment.I want the top or my MONEY BACK

Well these folks have been bombarding my inbox with spam so I had a look at some of the offers. They looked too good to be true so I googled them and had a look at some reviews. I'm so glad I did because no doubt I would have been joining the thousands of customers who have had a bad experience with this company. I'll stick with Argos thank you very much ;-)

We have placed an order for two CCTV cameras, but have decided to cancel the order and get a full refund as we have the right to do so as stated on their policy, we even rang up to ask before going ahead with it and was advised by one their customer service advisors that the money will be fully refunded within the period of two weeks. It's been nearly 2 months now and we are still chasing them for our money. Customer service is absolutely useless, most of their merchants are scammers and the whole service is a shambles, would not recommend this to anyone!!!

I have been waiting for 2 blankets since September. Go groopie keep emailing to say that the order is on the way, which is blatantly untrue. I have asked for a full refund but just keep receiving a generic email from their customer services. I informed them that I would be posting a negative review but that has been ignored as well. I will never make a purchase through Go groopie again.

This company is a scam please do not use them because they do not send what you order they take your money and they don't answer the phone they don't answer your emails and they are liers because all the emails you see on this site are generated have been in touch with the fraud team to return my money .this company should be shut down for taking people's money under false pretences.PLEASE AVOID THEM will not be using them ever again .con merchants

Have been contacting customer support through email so please do not put at the bottom of my reveiw that you are contacting me, have been lied to and excuses made regarding my order of boots which has now been 7 weeks, I have now raised a dispute through Paypal and am also contacting the office of fair trading as I do believe that this company do this to too many people and get away with it, they need to be stopped.

Hi Debbie, As you have been previously advised Yodel have your parcel as they were not able to deliver to your address on both occasions they attempted. If only I could put 0 star! Ordered a shark blanket in September, 2-3 weeks delivery and I am still waiting. No reply to my emails. Will never use this company again. Shocking customer service!

Go Groopie's customer service is non existent! The company are very good at taking money from you. However, should you wish to return or cancel an order, no one responds. I will not be using this company again.
