“I had to call the Go Goupie number and the lady who attends to me was extremely helpful and was able to cancel an order and talk me right through the process of re-ordering even to redeeming my voucher. This is not the first time I have had to call the office as I find your website very very difficult to use. Things are not very clear. On this occasion I ordered two chairs and was sent two individual e mails with two different voucher numbers which meant I was paying postage twice. However, I look forward to receiving my goods in due course and I am grateful to the lady in the office for her help and patience. Thank you”

“I have had lots of different absolute bargains from GoGroopie, they have arrived quicker than expected, in good condition and great value for money. I had a problem with my tablet and found I had ordered 2 of each voucher over the course of a week on 5 different times. I got in touch with their customer support team to find out if there was something I could do by email. They were great cancelling the extra vouchers, and getting the money put back in my bank account. They didn't say I had to have it as a credit on my account, so I would have to buy more vouchers from them as one leading other company did. Their emails were always polite, and they were very quick to reply to me. I was amazed as I wasn't expecting the leave of service I got, I couldn't fault them at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and have done on many occasions. As long as GoGroopie keep trading I will continue to be a customer. 10 out of 10!!!”

“As a first time orderer I wasn't sure if my order had been received or not. Clothes steamer ordered on 25/5/16 so I telephoned on 31/5/16 and spoke to Chantelle who assured me my order had been received and everything had been processed. I went shopping came back an hour later and my clothes steamer was waiting for me via my neighbour. Just would like to say thanks to Chantelle for helping me out and thank you so much for your excellent courier service. Will not hesitate to use GoGroopie again. Thank You So Much. “First time I have bought something through GoGroopie, and although I have not yet received the goods (I did after all only make the purchase this morning!), the service that has been given so far has been great. I made a mistake when booking one of the items online and when I tel phon d was greeted by Bethan who listened to my problem and then resolved it with the least amount of fuss and with a great deal of Customer Care. So far So good GoGroopie!!”
