“I ordered a 7" Android but due to my not understanding the voucher proceedure - nothing happened. Emailed Go Groupie and had a very prompt and helpful reply. Followed their advice and a couple of weeks later, the item was delivered. Very pleased.”

“I have bought quite a few items from Groupie and I have been very pleased with them all. I have had one issue when I had to chase things up that have not arrived. I buy things from the internet all the time but Groupie is my favourite 'deal' site by far. It is so straight forward and easy. Keep up the good work!”

“The product picture advertised was not what was delivered, contacted the seller direct and they could not be more understanding and provided the correct product within 48hrs. The concept of Go groopie is excellent have returned and purchased various items since”

“Go groopie are a very good company, could be done with researching some of the companies that they use as some are not very good at communicating. Customer services are great whether by email or phone and try to resolve problems as quickly as possible. I would recommended go groopie to anyone.”

“I have had a few item from you some have been very good and have arrived on time , others I'v had to get in touch with you to help me out when items have not arrived and you have been able to sort out the problem , I have also been give a refund when you where unable to sort out the problem. I will still be using gogroopie because it's normal good value for money . Well done keep up the good word.”

“Overall I am very pleased with the quality of items I have purchased through your company and with the speed I have received them. Unfortunately the last two Purchases made through Snippick and Go Deal Me have not arrived and I am still waiting for an outcome, but nobody except your own company is talking to me. I still go into your site looking for different bargains on a daily basis and will still be supporting you!”

“I have generally been quite pleased with the offers. The only down side I would mention is that we have noticed that some vendors particularly restauranteurs take advantage. They offer a meal for 2 for example and it is only when you get there that you are told it is a restricted menu & you cannot selectfrom the main menu ; so that can be quite disappointing.”

“I was unsure at first, but having used GoGroopie several times now, I think it's great. Once one understands how it works, its easy to use. Most of the products I have bought have been good. The only exception to this was the oral B compatible toothbrush heads, they were terrible.”
