“I cannot recommend Go Banana. Every problem is blamed on everyone else except them. They said that the delivery would be made during a 5 day window and that they would provide more information. When we got to day 4 and I chased them up they blamed communication between them and their supplier. Then when I wanted a time for the 6th day, they gave me a delivery number which was useless. On contacting the courier I was told that it was a 1 day window, but that was my fault because delivery was free. During all this they blamed the problems on being a new enterprise. Look at feedback sites and there are examples of negative feedback going back over 12 months. Now I point out that some of the product was delivered, damaged, they are avoiding the issue and ignoring me. Obviously a communication problem again. Not good if you want to deliver a project on time.”

“Ordered CLS timber 3 X2 what turned up was 38mm x 67mm ( 1nch & half x 2 three quarters) !!!! So not really 3x2 (75mmx 50 mm ) 😔”

“Ordered on line checked delivery before deciding to buy 2 to 5 days so went a head & ordered after a week sent numerus emails asking for a delivery date. Went on line & chatted with online company rep who was great sent in reminders to the company in my behalf asking for date. Ordered on the 1st should have had by the 7 but still waiting email saying should be with me on the 11th. Email also stated Your order is on its way. Your goods should arrive within the time frame quoted on our website. Tracking: Monday-11-10-2021 Courier. So much for 2 - 5 days here's hoping I do receive my order on the 11th.”

“All good so far. Quick correspondence. I had a problem at the payment, there was an error saying “the post code doesn’t match with the bank card address “ however the postcode was correct… Tried several times with different cards, new account but get the same error. I tried a lot of combinations and then I managed to pay with the post code left blank .”
