“I have not yet used the timber purchased using Go Banana. I found the process straight forward and, when eventually placing my first order ( in excess of £1000), I was disappointed that my e mailed order receipt mentioned delivery taking between 10 and 30 days. After a quick message to the seller the matter was satisfactorily resolved and the time between ordering and dispatch was minimal. The courier contacted me two days before delivery and arrived at the time specified. All in all a good service and smooth ordering process. I would use it again.”

“Everything arrived as ordered. The quality seems good. However, the items arrived without warning - it just so happened that I was at home when they arrived. Being informed of a date and time for delivery would have been very helpful.”

“A good idea with unforseen consequences. Since GB sources your order from a number of different suppliers, you end up having to take delivery multiple times. This means multiple days off work to be available. In addition to this, if you have a problem and contact the supplier, they seem oblivious of the involvement of Go Bananas. I ordered 4 items and after 2 weeks, only 2 have arrived, leaving me to chase up a number of companies, instead of having one contact to go to. Until significant changes are made, I would avoid this company.”

“What a fantastic experience at Go Banana. From time of order to delivery, less than 24 hours. No issues, no B.S. just a fantastic, honest sequence of events. Order - pay - receive. What more could you ask for. Delivery driver was prompt and very helpful with the off load of my 70nr 3.3m Loglap. Top job done. My 5 ⭐️ rating would be 10 if it was possible.”
