“A copy of my letter to my amazing account manager Craig Aston. Dear Craig I just wanted to say how amazed I have been not only by the care you have given me in sorting out my new boiler but also Tommie and Josh came yesterday and did an amazing job. I have to say I was quite daunted at first as I am trying to find my feet doing the things in life a guy would do (not meant to be sexist). Boilers are not pink jobs but no - I back track, you made that the easiest thing in the world to me. It is now definitley on my pink list and if I know any friends who are stuck I shall definitley recomend you. The guys yesterday were amazing, efficient and friendly. Thank you so much for everything. All the best Suzi”

“AVOID !!!! The company unexpectedly demanded an additional £250 beyond the agreed initial price just before commencing the installation of the new boiler, despite our prior agreement and provision of detailed images of the existing pipe system. Following the installation, we encountered immediate issues with water pressure, and our kitchen remained without heating for a month due to a faulty valve installation. Throughout this ordeal, the company's engineers repeatedly postponed scheduled visits to rectify the issues, resulting in financial loss for me due to missed workdays set aside for their repairs. It took an entire month for them to address the boiler and heating problems, during which time all interactions with their staff were marked by rudeness and indifference. The stress inflicted upon both myself and my husband by this experience is beyond description.”

“I had been looking for a PV solar provider able to deliver honest, independently-backed advice, installation and fully comprehensive service with no hard sell whatsoever. I found Glow Green to tick all the boxes I needed, with great communication at the onset and prompt replies. They were able to accommodate my fairly late stage request to switch from financing to paying upfront without hassle and minimal back and forth. The delivery of all the good happened exactly as scheduled and the installation was relatively flawless considering adverse weather plagued the time of year my installation took place (early January). Whilst my opinion of them is very positive, objectively speaking the level of support and responsiveness significantly decreased after I had made all payments, and in the interim of the goods being delivered and the installation. This was quite disconcerting as support is needed both pre- and immediately post-installation, regardless of whether payment has been made or not. The quality of the panels and associated hardware is excellent however, and the price/value for money aspect is also great. Overall I would therefore recommend them as a PV solar installation company, but I think their post installation care and guides for the end user need to be greatly improved. I received no real explanation of how the system works from the installing team, and this would have made the transition and trouble shooting to independent use much smoother.”

“Smooth procees from initial enquiry to final installation. The most professional tradesman I have ever had the pleasure to meet carried out the work, leaving the site as tidy as they came to it. When installed they explained the system from top to bottom. Well pleased Would have given Glow Green an excellent except for the fact that the DNO exceptance paperwork only became available when I contacted the network operator myself. In fact they informed me that the certificate of exceptance letter had been ready for sometime. They e-mailed me letter immediately upon my request, Glow Green get your act together. Would nevertheless highly recommend Glow Green Trevor Ashurst”

“Sales personnel was very good. Felt no pressure to buy and he was quite professional. After sales care was decent. Installation went well and I was generally satisfied with my purchase. Only downside is the high interest rate for those who, if they go for the finance option, will get clobbered with high charges should they miss payments deadline!”
