“Glow Green were very professional and helpful from the first phone call I received from them to Gary the engineer coming and fitting the new boiler. He was a very pleasant man and did a good job, clearing up after himself and explaining what he had done and how the boiler and controller worked.”

“Had a new boiler fitted in December. Still no clue how it works . Engineer has been out several times as Glow green sent him several times for different reasons. Wanted another £250. to replace pipe inside house but the engineer cleaned the old pipe and Said it was fine now. He has shown me several times how to program the boiler but it doesn’t go off unless I turn the boiler off at source which means I either have no hot water or heating or hot water and heating so it is costing a lot of money if I don’t turn it off at the source. I would like to get just hot water without the heating on ! I have turned the thermostat on some radiator s off as I get too hot but wish I could operate it manually as the program unit will not do what I want it to do. Wish I had had my other boiler repaired as it was just 10 years old and easy to use and the new one is a nightmare to try and set and still can’t work it after a couple of months. What will I do in summer when I don’t want the heating on ?”

Despite initial teething problems, through no fault of the engineer, whitch was addressed the following day again in a professional curious approach. This was all addressed before being asked for payment. Save your self time and effort,just go Glow Green.”

“Poor service. Received incorrect 'after product service'. No one responded to my email. Upon calling Glow Green to query. It seemed responsibility was passed around. On two separate occasions no one called me back despite being promised. They even closed the ticket without resolving it or communicating to me.”

“Really excellent installation work, all completed with minimum of fuss given the fact that the house is 17th century. Bit difficult to get through to Glow Green once the contract was signed, but when I did they were on the ball and all that was promised was delivered.”

“This is a follow up to my original 5-star review. Unfortunately, I have had to downgrade that to 4 stars after experiencing some problems. During the installation, the team led by Robert, experienced electrical issues in getting the boiler, heating and water heating to work together and this extended the job from one and a half days to three. Robert and his team were outstanding and persevered until the discovered that the control box was faulty and had to procure and install a new one. This solved the issue and the system is now working perfectly. I also had problems getting a promised refund for parts that were not used and for work clearing asbestos from the old boiler and flue. This took some time to solve and my refund was less than I expected. Lastly, the finance company's website (Creation) is very poor and difficult to negotiate and understand. Making my first two payments was tricky but I am now more aware of how to do it.”
