“Very impressed with the service and repair of our 13 year old Rangemaster professional plus oven. The engineer Andrew pulled out all the stops to rectify the fault on the induction hob.He is a credit to his company and we would welcome him into our home if needed in the future. Glo Tech are a very fair company and any questions we put to them were delt with asap. The cost of the repair was very reasonable,thankyou all at Glo Tech. Mr &Mrs Green. Scunthorpe.”

“After placing my order, I had an email apologising that their usual delivery service would be slightly delayed, and offering me a choice of 2 dates for my appliance to arrive. These delayed dates were quicker than I thought they would be in any case, but unfortunately I would not be home on those dates. I emailed back, suggesting a date to suit me which they accommodated with no fuss. I was sent the tracking information for my delivery, then given a 2 hour slot, and lo and behold, the driver arrived within that time frame with my product. He couldnt get the truck down our small cul-de-sac, but that was no problem... he used his hand pallet machine, to bring the appliance right into my garage. I am totally impressed with the personalised service I received from start to finish, and will look to order any future products from this company.”

“Rob & Callum delivered an American style Fridge Freezer to us on March 8th. They provided an excellent service - overcoming access problems and efficiently installing the product. They were also extremely professional and polite at all times. Very happy to recommend.”

“Excellent service by Leigh and Gary following a first attempt to replace an integrated fridge/freezer. The installer (Gary?) identified and confirmed a correct size unit which was subsequently delivered and fitted. An all-round good effort by Glotech culminating in a very efficient and tidy fitting of the replacement Liebherr unit. I would certainly return to Glotech for any future kitchen appliances.”

“One of the most dishonest companies I have had the misfortune to have dealt with. Originally called out to deal with a dishwasher fault on 20/05/22. The engineer announced that the part was obsolete and could not be repaired, pocketed his money and left. This didn't sound right to me (dishwasher isn't that old) so I emailed the manufacturer and this turned out to not be true. So I emailed them to point this out. They replied admitting they had originally lied and offered to do the repair, for double the cost the manufacturer had quoted. I said that I didn't trust them anymore and that I would take a refund as they had clearly not disagnosed the fault correctly in initial meeting. Obviously they have not done that, and there have been months of promises to get back to me only to be ghosting. Appalling and fraudulent. I will be making a formal complaint to Trading Standards”

“It was easy to book an engineer online to come within 4 days.Dean the engineer phoned before he arrived.Within a short period of time he had identified and fixed the problem with the Neff Dishwasher.He was friendly and explained what he had fixed.I would have no problem in recommending glotech and in particular Dean to friends.”
