“Easy to use, clear and informative website. It is however difficult to know exactly what activities I will participate in when away for 5 months.”

“Great company for Australians & New Zealanders the only thing I wish was a little better was having full comprehensive insurance for 3/4 days as I have had to buy for 8 days which I don't need however I wanted the maximum cover.”

“I WOULD RATHER DO THIS REVIEW AFTER IF FOR ANY REASON I HAVE TO MAKE A CLAIM. IF I DO THIS NOW I WOULD ONLY BE REVIEWING THE EASE OF PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT NOT IN THE ACTUAL USE.HOWEVER I WAS IMPRESSED THAT AS A COUPLE OF 62 AND65 WE WERE ABLE TO PURCHASE ANNUAL WORLDWIDE TRAVEL INSURANCE WITH A 90 DAY TRIP ALLOWANCE FOR A REASONABLE COST. ALL THOSE PEOPLE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PENSION WINDFALLS SHOULD TAKE NOTE.”

“I liked the offer for early renewal giving a substantial saving especially as one gets older. It was very straightforward to fill in form even for one who is not so nimble on the keyboard!”

“As I don't go on holiday until the end of September I do not know what the response will be if I have to make a claim. Yes it was easy to sign up for the insurance but the proof of the pudding is execution. I suppose I am grateful that at 84 I am able to get travel/health cover as I would hate to be a burden on my son when I arrive”

“Very efficient in answering any questions and very helpful throughout. Probably an oversight on my behalf but as I live in Spain I automatically thought that the price quoted was in euros and not sterling therefore more expensive than I originally anticipated.”

“At 73 and with previous health issues ( stents 5 years past) I was looking for best price,naturally, with cover for the USA. The globe link price giving me proper cover, was the best overall .”

“Haven't been on holiday yet so haven't needed to test insurance, but the initial completing questionnaire was quick and easy. I liked the fact that I could opt out of cover for pre-existing medical conditions, but still got good coverage for all other aspects. Price- wise, they were competitive and I would use them again”

“I had a few problems due to my Bank not sending me that all important SMS after ploughing my way through all the application formalities. This was very frustrating & I needed to telephone the U.K. number (I live in Spain) to sort out the completion of my application. However, this was dealt with entirely over the telephone very efficiently by an extremely helpful lady who obviously had all my details to hand. I found that the cost of my travel insurance was very competitive & overall I was delighted with the final outcome.”

“The policy on offer suits me very well and in the past when I have phoned to clarify any points before taking out the policy, I have found the sales person both helpful and obliging. However the last person I spoke to had a very sharp manner - she needs to work on that! if the policy wasn't so suitable for my needs I could so easily not have renewed it.”
