“the deals are good as your services,but you need to improve your customer service/some of them are very brief on the phone,sounds bored and do not want to explain the details/ the only contact is by phone and you definitely need to improve it. happy talks,happy customers,more sales... best regards,Deyan”

“Very pleased with the vans, service provided and friendly staff. The process however was quite stressful on both sides. We caused you problems because our MD was so busy and could not always provide what you needed - that was our fault! However, we would have expected a little bit more flexibility from you. Some of your rules are too rigid and caused us a lot of delays. That being said we would definitely use your services again now that we know the process more clearly.”

“I'd have to say, they were excellent in the main and I'd have given them 5 stars if they'd not got the order wrong in parts. However, that was rectified pretty quickly and to my satisfaction. Overall, top service and I'd definitely recommend them, in fact I have, several times in the VW forums.”

“Very happy with the service received and all information was accurate. Only problem when van was delivered, locks not working and no fuel in van. Ran out of fuel after half a mile.”

“We were a bit surprised to find we didn't receive log book and had to wait 6months for it. No problem but may have been a good idea to inform us up front.”

We appologise for not communicating this point well enough. Not all van lease deals require this but we work to the rules agreed with our manufacturer / dealer partners.

“2 criticisms that I have is the salesman never responded to an e-mail I sent him, so sent same e-mail o admin team and got reply sstraight away. And when I asked delivery timescale I was told 3 weeks but turned out 5-6 weeks. Apart from that happy with the majority of service.”

Thanks for your feedback on Global Vans, we are sorry that your email slipped through the net. Sometimes van manufacturers and dealers have logistics problems that on rare occasions effect timescales for new van deliveries, I believe we did all we could to minimise the delay for you.

“From ordering van to delivery all went very well, but one of the extras ordered i.e tow bar was a disaster (wong bar and electrics). Problem still ongoing”
