“Please avoid this company at all costs. I paid a lot of money to do my signature level 1 BSL. I completed all of the assessments despite the poor organisation and the pre-assessment information being incorrect. I did my final assessment 3 months ago and still haven’t received my results or any certification despite many emails, complaints and false assurances. I was told I’d receive the results within a few days, then I was told 6 weeks, then I was told another 48 hours all of these deadlines have been and gone and I’m still no closer to getting my results.”

“The Prince2 Agile is a very informative and in-depth course. It is well written and the visual presentation also helpful. I have found the course easy to follow and I enjoy doing it at my own pace. The customer service team are very helpful and quick to respond to some of the queries I have. I would recommend for anyone looking to complete Prince2 Agile.”

“I took out a Prince2 foundation course + exam late 2019 that was set to expire the next year. However, due to corona and job situation I was unable to sit my exams and the courses expired. In 2022 after explaining the situation to the team they kindly allowed me to have another chance at the exam free of charge and really helped me. During the original onboarding of the e-study platform they have, they also were ver useful in getting me logged in and understanding the software. I would recommend this company because they have shown that they give great service, and reallt value the customer and each situation. Good luck to all on their examinations!”
