Really helpful online chat available with instant responses. I had David Kingsley who was very helpful and if he didn’t know the answers to my queries, he found the information and came back to me promptly. It was all online, so no post required.

I signed up with Global Edulink to do the Prince2 Practioner Course & Exam. The whole process was very straightforward, David Kingston in Customer Support (using online chat function) was very responsive and helpful with any queries I had and the course itself was very well set out with tutor led teaching and high quality learning materials as well as quizzes and mock exams. I would recommend using Global Edulink for the quality and value of their courses, obviously the ability to study remotely in your own time and for the very good customer service they give.

I purchased this course as I needed an A level in Biology to get onto a part time course in university. The course was £49 so was extremely great value for money as I had researched and other companies were charging up to £300... the course materials were very informative, the modules were easy to follow and I could pause the videos whilst I took notes! I learnt so much from the course and it was so much easier fitting it around my work schedule, I would definitely recommend taking a course through globaledlink and will be looking at what other courses will benefit me in the future! If I had a query the customer service I got was amazing, through the online chat, I found this easy to use, I spoke with someone called David Kingsley who listened and dealt with my query fast and effectively...I couldn't of asked for more. I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you to all at globaledlink
