“I am very disappointed with the service from the Glasgow shop. I purchased a few items which were in stock and ordered a £25 Clyde which I was advised would be sent to me in November / December. We live in Australia and I contacted the shop to explain that my parents were leaving Scotland on the 6th of December and asked if every effort could be made to have my goods delivered before this date. I was told that this would be done. I received an email explaining that my goods had been dispatched to my parents house, too late as they had already left Scotland and a tea towel was now out of stock (these were available at the time I purchased the goods in August). Therefore, my parents will have to post Clyde and my other goods at additional expense and due to not issuing my other items at the time of purchase, I will not have a tea towel. Poor show all round I would say! Not impressed by the total disorganisation of the Glasgow shop online orders.”

“Just to let you know I am not very happy the courier website does not show alot of information it has been around 5 days a little more than that I have still not received my delivery which I am very upset about because I preordered this August time during the games when I may aswell of purchased one from the games people. I am not happy at all. ”

“My package arrived . But the Clyde doll was very poorly packed. It arrived in a blue plastic envelope with no bubble wrap ,and was bent out of shape.Would it have hurt you to out it in a box ? I was able to straighten it out,but I find it cheap that you couldn't have posted it in a box. London 2012 did. Or was it just the fact you wanted to rush these items out.”

“I ordered, I was informed of expected delivery date, the order arrived in my expectations, in the window I expected it so there is no problem, just satisfaction. It is rather silly to say that faults etc. can be sorted and corrected for the next time?? If Glasgow has the Commonwealth games again, most of the senior people of 2014 will be pushing up daisies by then! I enjoyed shopping, I enjoyed the games and all I can say is, will my bank manager let me go to the Gold Coast?”

“Having been unable to receive my order in the July due to Clyde being unavailable I was told that I wouldn't receive the order till the beginning of December. I was then horrified to learn that the other items I had ordered could not be delivered until then either unless I cancelled my Clyde order and re-ordered it! On 6th December I received an email to say that my order was on it's way. Great. However it in now the 12th of December and unless Clyde is having to walk from Glasgow to Kirkcaldy and has got stuck in the cold somewhere, I have no idea where he is. I have had goods sent from China within 2 days of placing an order so find this service totally unacceptable. I felt so proud to be Scottish watching how successfully the Commonwealth Games organisation was but I must say that your Collection falls far short. I can only hope that my order arrives today as I am running out of time to give these goods to Canada for Christmas.”
