“So far the service we've received had been outstanding. They're so friendly and helpful and the offer we got was a great price with lots of fantastic features. Our event has not yet taken place but we're very much looking forward to the photobooth services on the day.”

“We were intrigued by your packages and had heard some good initial feedback from friends who had used you in the past, so we really wanted to work with yourselves. So far I don't think I have had the best service. When I have telephoned yourselves about a very simple question, they said someone would call me back as soon as possible. I only received a call back once I had called back the next day to chase up the request. In the end I received my answer 2 days later via email. I have also had a bombardment of emails telling me I haven't paid my deposit, when I have, and followed your instructions to the letter. I have now been asked to fill in a form to create a direct debit but the email in the link does not work. I hope this is just clunky administrative systems and not a reflection on the service we will be given in December.”

Hi and thank you for your feedback - I've had a chat with our team about this for you and reviewed your file. Our team worked really hard to create a package which suited your budget, and answered all questions in usual timeframe. The information was emailed to you twice as requested on the phone calls you made to us. We were (as was advised to you) dealing with a high volume of calls, but despite this you were not left waiting for answers on anything for very long. When your deposit was received it was reflected on our system and confirmations issued. I can see our teams have contacted you to try and resolve issues and help you with the set-up of your Direct Debit, so I am hoping any issues you have experienced have now been resolved.

“Thank you so so much for your services at our wedding. We really enjoyed having the photobooth and so did the guests (as can be seen by the pictures!) Your communication with me was fantastic, we recevied the pictures on a disk within the week and the atendant was great on the day. Thanks again”

“Everything was perfect, I had slight concerns at first when booking and paying for the package as it sounded too good to be true and also got passed around abit in the communications but as it grew closer to the wedding I was contacted by my local branch (Oxford/Buckinghamshire) by Jason who was very friendly and kept me up to date via email and phone and I had the most confidence it was all under control. Then on the day Jay our Boothie arrived early and set up with no problems and was amazing all night. Keeping it running and helping all my guests (some more worse for wear than others) it was so nice and friendly and at the end of the night he gave me the most awesome photo album which he had touched up with some individual photos of me and my husband and he made us a selection of keyring of the best photos from the night. Couldn't have asked for a better guy to do the job! Cheers Jay :)”

“I've only had a few interactions so far including booking and paying for my booth but so far so good. Able to communicate via phone and email, which I like, and replies are very quick. Very competitively priced and also appear to receive most value for money in terms of the amount offered in the packages. New props, key rings and wedding book etc”

Thanks for your review Natasha, and glad the attendants, booth and book were great :) The sessions are of course unlimited and this is made clear by the attendants and also the screens which encourage use - though guests don't normally need any encouragement to get in the booth again - I'll report this to the butlers who attended and make sure they are encouraging repeat usage

“The very quick responses to queries was a pleasant surprise; we particularly liked the 'work with you' and 'can do' attitude! It made obtaining a photo booth for our wedding simple, quick and easy. A marked contrast to other suppliers! Thank you and we are looking forward to seeing it in action.”
