“Ordered a watch winder for myself from giftsintimeltd. And didn't pay for next day delivery but it arrived next day foc. Needed some advice on somthing, So i called and was told to email, so i did. I must say , they replied promptly and were very helpful. Thanks for the fast delivery and great customer service.”

“I purchased a very expensive watch winder Box for my Brothers Birthday and the item did not work at all when he opened it I have requested a return and refund but still awaiting a decision. Very poor service will not talk to you on the phone and accused me of not know how to work the device all though it doesn't even switch on.”

“Ordered a watch wind which didn't work returned the faulty goods and I'am still waiting for a replacement a week later. Really bad customer service.”
