I have ordered a personalised compass which costs £17 + another £4 for delivery. Does not worth even £5. The quality is rubbish and the cover is scratched. I definitely cannot embrace myself to give it as a gift to anyone.

I would advise you to avoid this company. They have failed to deliver my Christmas present twice. I paid extra for guaranteed delivery for Christmas. You cannot get to speak to anyone. Their online chat box is switched off. They have turned off comments on Facebook and Instagram. Absolutely terrible service.

Item is not fit for purpose and unable to give as gift. I did put 2 digits for the year but a quick check from you and this would have been sorted but all that was said is the information is pulled from a programme, your fault, can't do anything about!!. The year could not have been anything else when you knew it was for a 60th.

Avoid this company at all costs. I made an order but needed to change delivery address which I tried to do as soon as order was placed tried to amend order on order status ….my order doesn’t exists ….. but they took the money! Tried online chat they couldn’t find order so the message said all advisors are busy someone will get back to me within 24 hours that didn’t happen so I emailed them got response after 2 days!! And of course they said it’s too late as order has been despatched couldn’t have done as order was placed on a Sunday then it was bank holiday Monday !! Needless to say when I go online my 5 days later my order doesn’t exist!! The dispute is now with PayPal to get my money back Oh and you can’t phone them because of covid!!! Left my number in the emails for them to call me of course they haven’t called me Just be warned do not use this company absolutely shocking

Do not buy from this company. I placed an order, had the confirmation, they took my money & then I didn't hear from them again. When I emailed to chase my order, because you can't speak to anyone, still no reply. Then suddenly I had my money refunded. A bit late when you expect a personalised birthday card to be delivered. Worst service I've ever come across. Please don't use them

Don't buy from this company. I've ordered 2 mugs one of them arrived chipped i contacted them by email because this is the only way you can contact them, i've sent the picture of the broken mug they agreed to send me a replacement after that they ignored all my emails i have been chasing them up but no reply from them. I personaly had a bad experience with them and i wouldn't recommend them. If you have any problem with your mugs you will just lose your money.

Received item in good time so can’t fault that. I ordered the heart shaped collage of photos in the biggest size. The frame quality is horrendous, it states solid oak but it’s bolsa with one pass of oak stain on, it’s also plastic fronted instead of glass. Worst part though is the quality of the pictures, they could of been printed in the 80s just looking at them! Also, even though I ordered the largest size frame, they still print the pictures really small so you can barely see them unless u have a microscope. One of the worst quality products I have been duped into buying for a very long time. Avoid

Amateur company that can’t fulfill a simple order or instruction. Staff don’t care. Offer of 50% refund after waiting 13 days for nothing. PayPal dispute issued a full refund but this company claimed they had. Companies House reveals so many directors the right doesn’t know what the left is doing. Avoid!

Useless! Don’t order if you have a timeline or a special occasion. It won’t arrive. Not only that no one will take accountability or be honest. Just generic responses from a people like Toni or Louise who don’t bother reading they just say what they think they should. John is a nightmare as regards taking ownership of disgraceful customer service. Then after having my cash and order for 13 days tell me they’ll give me a 50% refund. No human calls taken as WFH due to pandemic. How old is that message ? Anyway outcome PayPal refunded 100% cash and now out looking for a gift in time for tomorrow. Useless!

Absolutely do not use this company they take your hard earned money and never actually supply the product, after reading there reviews I am not surprised but like a fool I didn’t do this until I stopped getting any response from them, I am taking them to small claims as I hate it when company’s do this , customers be warned.

Dreadful experience. Lost my order, so they asked if I would like a full refund, which I requested. I then placed a similar order with another supplier, Sweet Trees, which I received two days later. In the meantime, I was notified that miraculously, they had found my order and as such would not provide a refund as it had been sent out via Royal Mail. This was over six days ago. So, I am without an order that I had cancelled as well as being over £115 out of pocket. I'm just glad that I had placed a similar order with Sweet Trees which I received well before Christmas. I shall be taking this matter further as I just keep getting fobbed off with one lie after another, for something that was their mistake. Avoid.

Absolutely unprofessional customer service I order a mug for Christmas presents unfortunately they cut the heads looks absolutely horrible so goes to rubbish I requested a new one was denied or refund again denied never again company like that should not be allowed to be open . Plus all communications are via email no contact number

I ordered a mug I used predictive txt and I spelt the name wrong !! 2 N’s instead of on .. I immediately sent a email to the company.. 8 mins after I ordered and paid .. next day they got back to me saying it’s to late there is a 30 min time slot to change anything that is wrong .. I explained I did .. but they just give me excuses !! No mention about resolving the issue … which I couldn’t use with the wrong spelling on .. I am really disappointed with this company and would never use them again

When I finally was able to make contact all I got was a robot response I asked for a full refund which they have refused to do even though my order has still not been dispatched. Do not use this company Disgusting customer service stick to the small business that actually care about their customers.
