“I was quite nervous about booking air tickets on line again due to previous traumatic experiences in which scam involved.However this has changed after talking with Ricky on relation to purchasing international long haul flight tickets. Ricky is so patient and understands my fears and anxiety and he very calm and approachable. Of course , we have set up our security standards to ensure purchasing tickets is going through smoothly. Ricky has been very knowledgeable about what he’s doing and served the best possible services to the customer like me. I strongly recommend the GF to go through a safe, secure process to obtain the right tickets. Thank you much appreciated.”

“I booked a flight from edi to clt through voliamo, it was the only flight that allowed checked luggage and a carry-on, it also didn't have self-transfer or switch airports in london, or NY, or europe, or any obscenely short connection times (all the other flights offered by others did have extremely short connection times and self-transfer or switch airports, yeah some were cheaper but you get what you pay for.) my flight cost me around 990 gbp, there was good service on the flight, it was almost empty so I got a row to myself on the longhaul. And of course complimentary food, because it was british airways and american airlines, so that made the trip pleasant. Richard Neeson contacted me shortly after booking to inform me of a pleasant surprise that I get a free return ticket which I can reschedule any time before the flight for a 50gbp service fee plus any differences in flight cost. he also made sure I got the e-ticket and full booking information. He is really enthusiastic about his job and super helpful if you have any questions afterwards. For me I had to ask about adding my passport number to the international flight and he kindly gave me the american airlines link and login info to do so.”

“I booked return ticket for Bangladesh through online from them. Received the booking confirmation within a minute and e-ticket the very next day. This process was smooth through I had some queries regarding cabin and check luggage. Forgot to ask due to work. Then I called they before the flight. The guy Rex seems really supportive and helped me with the information I needed also cleared my doubts about boarding through online as this is the first time I am travelling with this Airline. Thanks again Rex.”

“The customer care person, Peter Brown, is very friendly, professional and polite. He made me feel at ease and I felt that I can trust him.and the company. He helped communicate with airline to cancel my ticket that I booked by mistake and process a refund. I hope to receive the money back in a couple of days. Peter has excellent customer care skills and is full of good manners. I thank him for givibg me advise and support that I needed.”

“Very happy to have some one on chat and on a call on a Saturday after normal business hours. However booking form could be much clearer and should state names as per passport. Not just to have first name last name.”
