“Disappointing first order experience overall, took around a month to get my items and dispatch times were not in line with the ones stated on the website. Support was quick and attentive, but even then the information received didn't match up to what actually happened. The products when they were finally received were great and packaged well. No complaints with the items themselves. All in all, if you need the items quickly don't pick anything that has a suggested dispatch date or alternatively go with SBS or other nonindependent retailer. I will likely only go with GetGeared again if the prices were outstandingly worthwhile or if it's a specific size that's not stocked elsewhere.”
