“Excellent tv arrived in a couple of days, works perfectly and great value for money. The instructions seemed a bit lacking, I plugged the Ariel into the back of the tv and down loaded all the channels but had difficulty getting them configured and working. I put this down to using a dish instead of an Ariel so I fished out my old set top box and everything then worked fine.”

Despite them not having another in stock, Phil kept me informed of the situation. He was always very polite and courteous and keen to sort the matter out. Despite me living nearly 200 miles from Norwich, I received a replacement in just over a week, and am delighted with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Gerald Giles and, if the need arises, would not hesitate in purchasing from them again, despite the distance in mileage, which clearly is not a problem. Excellent service!”
