“I would have given more stars if I could. The website was easy to navigate to what I wanted to buy. The product I bought was exactly what I wanted. at a good price. There was a slight delay with my order, which was not a problem, but it was the way it was dealt with which was something that is missing from a lot of shops today. A simple PHONE CALL was made by the shop to me and it was sorted. Obviously Customer care means a great deal to this shop ( and to me to ). I will definitely be using this shop again and will be recommending to family and friends. Great website, great products, great prices and great customer service what more could you ask for. Thank you again”

“Very polite staff; there were trying circumstances with Covid-19 restrictions between purchase and fitting. Delivery, installation and removal of old broken-down freezer with packaging was at a good pace, everything was left tidy.”

“Three weeks into lockdown and our 14 year old TV gave up the ghost; Snellings to the rescue!.. Within 3 hours of discussing our requirements with David our fantastic new Samsung TV and stand were delivered directly to our door. “We ordered a small microwave and was pleasantly surprised when told delivery would be the next day. We had tried to order from a well known store where they will ‘not be beaten on price’, and was told delivery would be within 5 working days. The price we were quoted from Gerald Giles was the same as from the never beaten store. The stated delivery time arrived, and so did the microwave. Brilliant service, friendly delivery staff, will definitely use the company again. Thank you Gerald Giles”

“Following a look at your website I visited your Ber St. showroom to purchase an offer for a Dyson vacuum cleaner and was pleased to find that you have a customer car park.As parking is a factor these days you should keep this in mind when advertising.Top marks to Charles for his attention,advice and politeness. I won’t dwell on the matter of a missing charger but he corrected this error.No drama.”
