“We have bought a number of appliances from Gerald Giles over the past few years and each time we have found the advice from Charlie and his team to be invaluable. The customer service is first class and the prices and guarantees as competitive as anywhere. We have also found Snellings repair service to be very efficient and they solved our Miele issue within minutes.”

“I wanted to support a local business and found the company on a search. Excellent unpressuried product advice when placing my initial order and later I wanted an additional item added to the delivery no problem. Plus being offered a Saturday delivery slot was a real bonus. The delivery and installation of my goods was so smooth the guys were great, professional and very tidy. I experienced nothing but excellent customer service and would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“After paying £98 for a call out visit to look at my Microwave/0ven ,which I had to chase for, I was given a repair price of £600. I then asked about price for a replacement seal for my double oven. I was given a cost of £240 - which seemed a lot but I need this oven working at full capacity so I said to go ahead please with the seal only and order. To date, I have heard absolutely nothing more from them - now over a month on. Not very happy with the service- not what I expected from Gerald Giles/Snelling’s who we use as they are local and like to support local businesses. Having explained about the delay and fitting the new seal for free I am now satisfied with their response.”

“I rarely leave comments/reviews but I really feel I have to. I can honestly say this is the best company I have ever dealt with. Product I bought had an issue, not a problem cos these things happen. Phoned up and talked to Shane and told him my issue, he apologised organised a collection for the next day. Phoned me 3 days later to say that the return has arrived back and my replacement is being shipped today and I should receive it tomorrow. Which I did. Best customer service ever. Fully recommend!!!! I would give them 6 if I could”

“Excellent tv arrived in a couple of days, works perfectly and great value for money. The instructions seemed a bit lacking, I plugged the Ariel into the back of the tv and down loaded all the channels but had difficulty getting them configured and working. I put this down to using a dish instead of an Ariel so I fished out my old set top box and everything then worked fine.”

“I recently bought a gas cooker and gas hob from GERALD GILES They were most helpful obtaining the items as they were in short supply Josh was excellent and kept me informed all the time Delivery was very good and the chaps most helpful. I have now had the cooker and hob in use for some time and I am very satisfied. no need to go anywhere else”

“Your service was quick and efficient - and you were the only company locally that was able to stop off a gas supply and install an electrical conduction hob and oven at the same time. The job was done very quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the Blomberg oven you provided was definitely NOT up to scratch - but you removed it and refunded me, again quickly. It's a pity you weren't able to supply the hob and oven I had originally wanted due to 'supply issues', even though they were available from other retailers.”

“Very helpful and knowledgeable Sales Assistant in Gerald Giles. Purchased a Samsung TV. Paid for home delivery and set up. Only comment I would make is that a little more help with connecting TV to internet would have been great, although I concede this is probably not included as standard. However, I did manage this connection myself after a few days and getting used to the Settings on the TV.”
