“Good communicaiton and my toaster arrived well packed. I oprdered a KitchenAid toaste3r which I ahve had before and absolutley love. My favourite thing about it is that if you don't take the toast out when it's done it automtaically lowers the toast back down after a few seconds to keep it warm.”

“Purchased a Blomberg dishwasher from Gerald Giles online. Unfortunately, it needed replacing soon afterwards. An engineer visited and confirmed he would recommend replacement as the machine was so new. Within 3 days I was contacted to say a replacement dishwasher would be given and it was installed the next week. I cannot fault the service I received from Gerald Giles/Snellings. I would like to add how careful and helpful the installation team always are. Thank you.”
