“Absolutly fabulous service, sound unpressured advise given in a most professional manner. Delivery and instalation could not be faulted. The two gentlemen even replaced things removed from cupboards in exactly the correct position! I shall certainly use this company again and recommend them to my friends.”

“We would like to than the obliging and helpful staff at Gerald Giles who helped us to choose the right oven and hob for our needs and overcame difficulties with fitting and power supply to get the new equipment installed and working with minimum inconvenience. Brilliant!”

“I ordered a Kitchen Aid product from Snellings Gerald Giles firstly as it was a very competitive price online and secondly as I was already aware of their reputable business in Norwich. The well packaged product arrived within a couple of days of placing order which was much quicker than I had anticipated. “Was a bit nervous ordering from them as the heater was £100 cheaper than off Dyson site. Absolutely no problem. Great communication. Sent via DHL and always updated. Would definitely order from them again.”

“Recently ordered a Quooker tap through the Ber Street showroom, which we’re so pleased with. Phil was extremely helpful in store and also with follow up phone calls to ensure delivery of tap and installation was booked on time. All staff we’ve spoken to have been helpful, polite & friendly. Would definitely recommend and return for future purchases.”
