“Order placed online on the 23th of January for an oven, that the website had told us was in stock and available for delivery. Only to hear AFTER I bought it that it wasn't actually in stock, not only that but it wouldn't end up being back in stock and delivered on the 5th April (72 days later) I was offered numerous times to pay more for the item id already bought and it could be sent quicker as they could get it from another source, this was not acceptable. Im very happy with my product, but I was very unhappy with the purchasing process and the time it took.”

“Brilliant service. Constantly kept in contact with us regarding delivery, which was really quick. The delivery drivers were really good too. Would highly recommend. Good old fashioned quality service. Customer service is obvious high priority”
